I just saw some videos and looks like the game is kittened up

there is a side mission where sakura acts again as a cupid for nh while helping hinata to go on a mission with naruto and learn more about him and also naruto saying to sakura hinata is amazing yeah more "hinata the good and perfect girl" kitten 

There was also a video of the ending which is the same with sasunaru and fangirl sakura 

arghh for sure I'm just going to play the online mode

Pairing tease aside, I always felt the storm gameplay is  always mostly the same and lacks excitement, the storyline progression in the last game is also not that great since it will cover one of the most contrived parts of the manga so I have no interest in buying it for myself

You know what's funny? Hinata is the "perfect girl" for Naruto, but even in the games she needs help in order to get close to him (they even admitted she doesn't really know him just like ther fans think, lol)

I'll say this even though I saw the 699 scene in gameplay form, the way Kate Higgins spoke the lines kinda surprised me because I was expecting her to use stutter when it came to Sasuke, and honestly just like in the last Kate didn't sound pleased when it came to that scene and that actually cracked me up was her performance, not that I really blame her, I mean when you compare that to her voicing Sakura in this video you tell she felt genuinely in her acting as Sakura:

No. Wasted enough money on this series. Even more importantly, wasted my time. Is there any reason for me to unless I'm a Hinata wanker? That doesn't care about the story? AT ALL?

The game is considered lazy. I am starting to think the same as well.

Graphically, it's good but not "next generation" good.

The old characters not named Kakashi, Gai, Naruto, Sasuke, and villains after Danzou are left behind in the dust, even though Kishi specifically made a chapter for K11 to get something new but oh well, tough break.

More fan service characters than actual new ones that are legit (I like some special but it's still fan service).

Boss battles looking like a lot easier and perhaps much simpler than before, though I don't blame them, Kaguya's fight was among the worst in the series.

Ougi is fine, though if you're not a fan of over the top DBZ style, then you may be put off by them.

I don't know. It really feels like it's not much that different. Storm 1 to 2 was the last game that changed a lot. I'll save my money.

again i can't look back at this series anymore since the ending is lingering in the background REMINDING YOU that nothing matters anyway. fanservice triumphs and character relationships, drama and deeper meaning to things don't matter.

 

lines are terribly cheesy and corny too by the way.

 

and like the above said, if you're not new, the k11 + sand siblings get jack. but dont worry we have more obito's, more perfect susanoo's that didn't exist in canon and rin! everyone wanted that said no one ever.

 

anyway naruto storm series has never been that deep of a fighting game, its more of jingling keys with flashy lights and purdy colors and im not gonna fork over 60 butt pounding dollars when i can just watch it on youtube.

You know what the sad part is, every time I walk into kittening gamestop the commercial for this plays....Why? Stop it. And it doesn't just play once...it plays over and over again. I am sick of it.

I want a One Punch man game instead...I don't care if I am god and unkillable and there is no skill...I want it.

I Despise the Storm series but I'll admit that they have always done a fantastic job with the dubbing and the story. The problem though is that the games in my opinion have gone backwards since Storm 1 and the pairing bias was clear since storm 1. (Hinata's special addon cutscene when using her super against Naruto anyone? Secret lovers team name from storm 2 anyone?)

 

Missed opportunity too. Would have loved to see them do the same thing with the Naruto universe with the created characters. So many jutsu to try. But no I won't be playing this. The last thing I want to see is 693 animated. It makes me just a bit

When Naruto fell after his almost dying part in the war, they had a whole scene with him falling and remembering people close to him. Of course, Hinata was the last person, but you could only hear her voice. The last thing he sees before closing his eyes is a hand reaching out to him (Hinata's most likely). I almost puked after watching that tbh

You know what's weird. If you follow only Storm series, you'll be questioning on what's going on with the plot. Not because the fact they cut out or change the scenes around, but how disjointed they are. 2 and 3, Sakura got her eyes on Naruto. 4, all the sudden it's Sasuke. You'll be like "what a whore." Granted, I wouldn't think that and that's jumping to conclusion or rather wrong choice of words, but hey, who am I to say what they should think.

i remember the hinata "death" scene, she just caught the pain pole by her armpit for censor reasons XD saying "because I....*dies*" its unknown if she worded it but the sound cut off for dramatic tension or she didn't get to really say it. her hair was blocking her lips. jiraiya didn't lost his arm either it just limped.

 

gameplay wise i hated how the shorted the "combos" and got rid of the side one probably because they couldn't think up moves for 6 of the other beast hosts most likely. i also didn't like how naruto's KCM got air "combo's" showcasing that it is possible for more. when cc2 wants to they can be very creative but they're very bias and unfair to selective characters.

 

the ps2 naruto  fighting game was just right. everyone got 2 jutsus and as it progressed you could give them different ones too, like make naruto know fire jutsu or the lightning blade. multiple other ultimate's too and they were just as cinematic.

Man, the story mode is disappointing. You got to love that they have to work hard when they reach to non-animated scenes like Kaguya and such. So far, a good 1/3 of the story are snapshots of anime, which they aren't good. It makes it worse that it started off some promises with Madara vs. Hashirama, which I kept hearing something was removed and pretty much lied. I have to check the first trailer.
