Well, you see, Raikages cloak matches up with minatos teleportation/speed. SO if you look at it tht way, then, Naruto has surpassed Minato in a way (Sage Mode,New Lyuubi mode,Rasengan [Completed] ) .. Raikage,no doubt in my mind, would lose but he would be a pretty even match up.. Remember, Sasuke in part 1 was stronger and had the "lead" in "whos stronger" ... And at the chapter with Raikage, He STILL was.. Naruto at that point had: Rasengan, Sage Mode,Clones.. While Sasuke Had: MS w/ susanoo,tysukuyomi,amaterasu , lightning techniques... SO if you look at current Naruto, Raikage doesnt stand a chance nor does sasuke.. Naruto is at his best right now...

Well. Damage was a factor on tht part, naruto took a kitten load of damage while sasuke was chillin with the Sharingan.. Remember: Sasuke was stronger than naruto in a way at this time..

I can imagine some ways for naruto to become even better though,
always bothered me that he still can't do a one hand rasengan and ever since that gathering nature chakra while running thing I hoped he would actually get it down.
And it pisses me of that he can't use his kage bunshins while in Kyuubi mode.

I do notice that people tend to see Rasengan and FRS as one jutsu. It's true that Rasengan is not complete yet but, Rasengan on it's own IS a technique.

Fuuton Rasen Shuriken is an evolved form of Rasengan but is not a Rasengan.

it would a be like calling a Charizard a Charmander to refer to the pokemon of the good old days.

That Raiton cloack also improved Raikage's speed of reacting (smthng along the lines of signals between brain and muscle going much faster) that's where I believe he can take Naruto on in SM. I don't even start to think that Naruto can land a hit on Raikage (with FRS) with that speed or Naruto should need to amaze me once again with his talent of creating distraction but considering that he can only use two shadow clones, this could prove difficult.

But I agree that Naruto would beat Raikage, about Sasuke I'm not that sure yet consider that he is busy getting a power boost to atm.
And how much I hate myself saying this I don't want Naruto's last fight against Sasuke to be easy.

Wowowoww... Naruto has done a one hand rasengan, the whole summit arc ? when sasuke and naruto
clashed (after sakura failed in attempt to kill sasuke).. But do you forget tht raikages cloak is a "immataion" of Minatos REAL teleportation/speed.. Naruto has ALREADY surpassed minatos speed just not his teleportation... And i doubt the final battle is ever that easy .. Think about it. Have you ever played a game where the final chapter/boss was easy

I think from that point on they've always been even matched. Even when Naruto got his ass kicked by Sasuke.

sishi rendan vs. primary hidden lotus
on second thought not much to tell about these two so:

Rasengan vs. Neji's kaiten

and

for doujutsu:

plain sharingan vs. byakugan

I'm not following but it sounds like you're mixing up the kyuubi's cloak and the raikage's lighting cloak. I don't get how raikage immitating yondaime's speed of his teleportation jutsu makes Naruto surpass him. If you ask me Naruto surpassed yondaime by developping FRS and a perfect SM.


And I defininetly need to reread that chapter because I thought he used a clone to make his Rasengan after which the clone grabbed Kakashi so he wouldn't interfere, can be mistaken though

the last comment was made cause you said Sasuke didn't stand a chance against Naruto.

Lol sorry. What i mean is:

-Raikages cloak is just an "upgrade" . The real one w/ the power is minato

- Naruto surpassed minato with that aswell but he has a kitten load of speed now w/new kyuubi cloak and SM.

- Naruto hasnt mastered the new kyuubi cloak's teleportation. Otherwise he would byfar crush anyone he wants (just about)

- and yeah sorry bout the last comment. I just think for some reason that sasuke is an easy opponent for naruto..

one tailed beast bomb and Raikage is done for and if he doesn't well Naruto is going to look silly when sitting at Ichiraku with the former Raikage stuck at his foot

How about the late Jiraiya (with access to sage mode) vs. Tsuchikage?

btw; It isn't exactly sure if Naruto teleports it could just be him moving instead of using space/time ninjutsu, guess we have to wait a little more

and how about jiraiya vs. Tsuchikage would like to see that one

1) I find this one harder to figure out the outcome because I think of kaiten as some kind of low level full body rasengan

2) let's say Sasuke vs. Neji in the 2nd stage of the Chunin exams, there should at least be some factors resolved with this.

I'd to rather think that Jiraiya wins but can't help but worry about Tsuchikage's jutsu the one that he was going to use against Kabuto while protecting the giant turtle that holds Naruto.

probably shikamaru if planned well, he'd just use this shadow clone and let the puppets go at the master ( puppets gotta be controled not like they move on their own) so yea i pick shadow jutsu.
