Is anyone else here a fan of this wonderful band? I've been super into them for over a year now, and my love for them only seems to be growing more and more.

For those unfamiliar, the big selling point of The Dear Hunter is their series of concept albums referred to as the Acts, which tell one continuous story spanning several decades about a boy born near the turn of the 20th century, and detail his life from his birth to his untimely death. It's quite a bit more in-depth/strange than that, but it's best to know less going in. Their music itself is heavily theatrical and pretty varied. Example:

So, is anyone else here already aware of this group? There's a ton of discussion to be had about them, so if there are any fellow fans present I'd love to start up a conversation. I've been especially enamored with Act V lately.

Fare thee well, Albert, my friend."
