OMG!!!!!

Seriously!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!

What the heck is wrong with everyone on this site!!!!!! We just got a databook that has very good information in it, yet everyone is upset because of a vague spoiler and Hinata's stupid, freaking outfits!!!

Agreed!

A simple two second touch and a funeral looking like wedding dress is all that it takes to bring down your mood ? C'me on, just go back and read the beautiful lines in the databook, and you'll feel better ;)

We've got nothing to worry about guys. Listen to this person.

lol, what a joke -_- it really does look more and more like some filler episode.

Did it ever occur to you that the whole Hinata thing might be a subplot that's not even the main plot of the film? Last time I checked, the moon was crumbling because of Toneri's shenanigans.

the situation is onlt getting worser.

*sees a kitten load of clothes worn by Hinata* OH MY GOD IT'LL BE THE END OF CIVILIZED SOCIETY AS WE KNOW IT!

Seriously, you guys break easily over kittening clothing? We just got data book info that gives some good stuff. Why are you freaking out?

Everyone freaking about NaruHina when they should all be worried about NaruGaa cause Gaara yelled out Naruto's name as well!

Sakura screamed Nardo's name. :smug:

Actually...I wouldn't mind this at all. It works pretty well with the fact that Sakura wasn't too particular happy about Hinata loving Naruto when she figured it out. However, this would mean that NS might not be canon at the end of the manga =/. But I guess....I would be okay with an open ending if NS happened at the end of the movie.

I would be fine with pairings being resolved in the movie as long as two things happened. The first thing being that we are given a strong hint that shows Sakura falling in love with Naruto or having her outright state it in her mind. Perhaps either she or Naruto go off training between the end of the manga and the start of the movie. The second thing I'd want to happen is for Kishimoto to release a special chapter showing the canon couple doing things together. That way any attempts at arguing that the movie isn't canon would be shot down by a standalone chapter written and drawn by Kishimoto himself.

Ash x Misty hehe.

The pokemon anime would've been better if they replaced Ash with the Player Characters from the actual games each time a new generation came out to the public. But I highly doubt that they'll give Ash a canon pairing considering Pokemon's status as a cash cow franchise.

Catfights is something I find disgraceful in fictions, but that's probably because I'm a female..

It's too late to push the triangle. It would be utterly retarded.

I used this emoticon ( :argh: ) to convey sarcasm, I don't expect an actual cat fight and have no reason to. Though I wouldn't mind seeing a real fight between the two, just to put the "Who is stronger: Sakura or Hinata" debates to rest once and for all.

That's what I said. Hinata must be compensating for something if she feels it necessary to mimic her polar opposite in clothing designs.

I could see Hinata making a "I can be more like Sakura" rationalization in order to try winning over Naruto's affections but with little success if Kishi plans to go down that road. Though we could just see Naruto rejecting Hinata while she accepts the rejection and moves on with her life.

aah darkhope, what an amiable user :)

His post just screams "I'm so smart that I'm pretty much better than any NaruSaku fan since I want to feel superior for my taste in ships" in the most condescending ways possible. Why does everyone have such smug arrogance against NaruSaku anyways?

80% of fans from what? It was from my understanding that Kishimoto wasn't aware of how popular is manga is in America or anywhere else outside of Japan, why would he worry about ruining their fun?

Truth be told, this idea that he doesn't want to piss off the NH or SS fans is just a silly argument. Stephen King, who is a great American writer, says that you don't write stories to please your audience. You write stories to please yourself. If you start to write what your readers want to read, then you will most surely fail. The reader should have more respect for Kishi than that. They shouldn't just downright boycott the manga because they don't get the pairing they wanted. I don't consider those people true Naruto fans and really they never should have picked up the manga in the first place with that kind of intention. If I was Kishi, I would have made NS canon and so what if it pissed off 80% of the fans. They will just have to live with my decision.

This just proves how babyish this fandom has become over the year where Kishimoto has to cater to his audience like babies throwing a temper tantrum.

I agree with you there. It's not Kishi's fault that those 80% of fans lack the reading comprehension skills to notice the odds being in favor of NaruSaku. They might feel that Kishi lead them on if their ship ends up sinking, but they have no one to blame but themselves for believing that they had a chance in the first place.

Le voila!   Just click to enlarge the image, though. It's in the small box on the bottom left corner next to Luffy! :)

That doesn't say Bleach, that says Naruto. Somebody should translate this.

It will also feature the RTN special chapter.

Will this chapter be a new one or the one they released before Road to Ninja came out?

Sakura 27.5 and Hinata 27.5

how come?

Info from the fan/data book? Or just fan speculation?

I downloaded the weekly playboy issue of this week....and there was nothing about the movie :headscratch:

Goddammit. (Maybe it was last weeks issue that had info about the movie. Though it would've probably been nothing new anyways.)

Y'know, I'm just gonna say a few words. When I was a little boy, I used to think a cute face and a skinny body (no muscle tone, no fat) was amazing. Then, I grew up and became a man. ...I'll leave it at that for now.

On the subject of Naruto becoming Hokage. When he becomes the Seventh, I hope that all the other villages are at their seventh Kage as well. That way, if we see Naruto negotiating the terms for a peace treaty that would make the Shinobi Alliance even stronger than it already is, we'd see the current generation come so far.

It would be collectively known as the 7th Generation of Shinobi. Mostly because it would be the generation represented by the 7th Hokage (Naruto), 7th Kazekage, 7th Tsuchikage, 7th Mizukage and the 7th Raikage. Just like how the first generation of Shinobi was represented by the 1st Hokage (Hashirama), 1st Kazekage, 1st Tsuchikage, 1st Mizukage and the 1st Raikage.

Agreed with 六道仙人 and Raiton that Sakura still loves Sasuke romantically. :/

This person explains it very well.

Guys we shouldn't deny it... It just doesn't look good. However we can say that Sakura can't imagine herself being with Sasuke as he is now, so eventually she will have to move on once she realIzes he isn't budging.

I wasn't denying anything per se, I just had a misunderstanding is all. I still doubt that this story will end with NH/SS though. But now I'm off to go read that link of yours.

Edit: Just finished reading the post. It's just a SasuSaku fan condescendingly talking down to the NaruSaku fandom. I get the argument, but that OP is way to confident in his/her chances of victory. Plus I'm not sold on the idea of Sasuke being interested in her.

"*Sasuke does not say he has no interest in Sakura.  I have no idea where Mangapanda got that.  All he tries to apply is “reason”.  His own logic that he thinks is right.  In other words, no matter how he feels (like or not), there is no reason for them to like each other.  This is his mindset right now."

I have no idea what he/she's getting at here. It's still not a good sign if Sasuke sees Sakura's love as illogical.

@Rikoudo

Thanks.

I found this, in some random comment on youtube:

"I  VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ALL TO READ THIS,ITS INERESTING AND MIGHT GIVE AWAY POSSIBLY  FEW LAST MANGA CHAPTERS!

Now Jiraiyas book "tales of gutsy ninja Naruto“ was an actual book written BY kishimoto and released in Asia and Europe. It has different names to some charachters, places and abbilities  and different story but the stories basic concept is the same to main series and charachters keep same charachteristics. It has incredible amount of parallels to original story. The ending is open because Jiraiya sensei told Naruto to write the epic end of the book. Now this is close to the end of the book „by coincidence“.Now charachters in book represent following in main series:Shuu(kakashi) tsuyu(sakura) renge(sasuke) naruto(naruto).Story towards the end is hillariously similiar parallel to manga 693 and onward. In it tsuyu failed to save renge from becoming evil chaos who wants to destroy there village and way of life.Naruto goes to fight.Meanwhile shuu comforts tsuyu in despair.Tsuyu tells Shuu she still loves renge.Shuu sensei can give only one final love advice.Shuu tells her that people can realise in whom they ACTUALLY find happiest future and place where they find themselves if they concetrate in deep vision.Tsuyu closes her eyes and SHE NOW SEES NARUTO SMILING INSTEAD OF RENGE.Tsuyu then starts  running towards battlefield where Naruto is because she says she failed saving renge but she knows she must do something and needs to get to naruto.“?"

I'm pretty sure some fans denounced this youtube comment, but what can you do, really? Anyways, is there anyway I can get this real life light novel version of Jiraiya's book? Or at least read translated scans?

That's probably how it's going to happen, if narusaku were to happen. There were enough hints built to make this work, but you gotta feel that kishi started to rein it in after the the stuff with sai because of $$$$$ and not wanting narusaku until the end.

But after 693, who knows. It's like, can you just get over the guy you liked when you were 12 who not only does not give a **** about you, but has tried to kill you and the people you care about.. SEVERAL TIMES NOW?

This story still leaves Sakura with having romantic feelings for Sasuke (Renge) bc she says she still loves him there is no resolution to it  and playing this in Naruto is bad  bc she has no reason to love him at all , not to mention it makes it look that the only reason she hasn't gotten with him is bc she couldn't save him . This is why I hate this ending I don't see why is this good ?

For the last time, didn't someone confirm that Sakura doesn't want to be with Sasuke but rather save him because she cares about him as a friend? The fan translations gave off the impression that she still has romantic feelings for him despite the fact that the raw scans had Sasuke reject and question Sakura's feelings while Kakashi denied that Sakura still loved him in a romantic way.

Or am I just missing something here? Ever since chapter 693 came out, many of you have lost confidence in this ship all because of a few screwed up translations from what I understand. NaruSaku will happen eventually, it's just gonna take some time before it happens. So can we at least try to be patient until that moment arrives? Then we can bring out all the food and drugs we want and get kittenfaced over our victory. Or drown our sorrows if we lose, but the likelihood of that happening is pretty low. Whatever the outcome is, lets just wait until we get a definitive moment the screams canon for one ship or another and whatever happens happens.

Now on to the topic of the film. So are we getting a new trailer on the 18th of November or not? I've heard someone mention that earlier in this thread but I'm not sure if that was a rumor or legitimate information. Also when will the conference with the Voice Actors take place? Perhaps we could get a tiny bit of new info from whatever they have to say about the film.

#604919 Chapter 696

Posted by K9ofChaos on 16 October 2014 - 02:12 PM

Not sure if someone has said this or not but seems like Sauske is pulling a Lelouch from Code Geass.  Where he becomes the focal point of hatred and all the nations gather together to stop him.  Sasuke won't go back to Konoha b/c then that hatred would be directed to the village regardless if he is imprisoned or whatever.  Plus Nartuo doesn't want Sasuke to die so that is why Sauske doesn't have a hitate and seems to be a wanderer in the sketches for the movie.  Just my theory.

I was gonna suggest that Naruto would take the "Avatar: The Last Airbender" route and de-power Sasuke so that he would eliminate him as a threat without killing him, but then I remembered that he's in the movie with his Sharingan and Rinnegan intact.

#604910 Chapter 696

Posted by K9ofChaos on 16 October 2014 - 02:03 PM

Oh yeah, I liked Sasuke's words about Naruto's shadow clone jutsu. We all know Naruto's not truly alone (he's well-liked and loved in many countries now). But he continues to rely on this one jutsu that only he can do. To the point that it can become his weakness. (Sort of like Harry Potter and the expelliarmus spell.) Naruto relies on it way too much. It's a taunt from Sasuke drawn from their childhoods, but underneath it is a real threat — Naruto is still alone out there, and Sasuke is very, very powerful.

An excellent point, but technically the Shadow Clone Jutsu isn't exclusive to Naruto. It's just that Naruto is able to use it more often than your average Jonin could due to his high chakra reserves. Kakashi struggles to maintain the Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu whereas Naruto can created thousands of clones without breaking a sweat before he even became a Genin in the first place. It's because of this that he's developed his own training method that can speed up the process of learning something new that only he (and I suppose his children too if they inherit both qualities of their parents) can do. It's both his greatest strength for all the powerful feats he's capable of doing because of it and his greatest weakness because of his heavy reliance on it.

Sasuke's comment does offer insight into Naruto's psyche, that's for sure. Even though he's now considered a hero who is loved by all, he's still all too familiar with the feeling of loneliness that it has probably still affected his outlook on life to this very day. Sasuke had the approval of the entire leaf village while Naruto was hated, yet despite Sasuke's suffering over the loss of his clan, he didn't care about all the attention he got from the people around him, so he took that stuff for granted. He might've made that loneliness jab to Naruto because of his own ego that considers Naruto a loser. Yet if you think about it, the only real loser of the two is Sasuke, since he left the village all for the sake of gaining power. Now he's an international criminal hated by all while Naruto has the love of his friends and respect of the other villages.

#604891 Chapter 696

Posted by K9ofChaos on 16 October 2014 - 01:34 PM

Is it just me?

Perhaps Sakura might show her Genjutsu prowess by not only getting herself out of the regular Tsukuyomi, but by dispelling the Infinite Tsukuyomi as well. (Might happen off screen though, or maybe not happen at all, but it's fun to speculate.) That way, she could get everyone to go to where Naruto and Sasuke are fighting and have everyone share their chakra with Naruto like how Goku charged his Spirit Bomb. That would tie in with Naruto and Sasuke being the reincarnations of Ashura and Indra respectively.

Oiy...

-faceplam-

I agree, it just shows that like Madara, Sasuke doesn't trust his own power enough to try and beat Naruto, so he's using as many underhanded tactics as he can to one up his enemies. But ultimately, Naruto will come out as the victor, not only because is he stronger than Sasuke could ever hope to be, but because Naruto has the support of his friends and allies to back him up. Sasuke is just lucky that Naruto even WANTS to hold back his power and prevent outright killing him in the first place, despite being such a sh*tty friend to him for all these years. And like you said, Sasuke's plan is too stupid to work for the long term. He'd just end up like North Korea, all bark and no bite.

Sadly I don't think its the first one. Kishi has plans for a new manga but it won't be Naruto related. Either its the second choice (which I pray its not) or its the third. I would like for Kishi to still be involve with Naruto but only with movies. I really don't want a spin off something AU or OOC, meaning NH and SS became canon.

I'm pretty sure SP would honor the canon if Kishi gave them strict guidelines on what NOT to do with a GT like scenario.

Plus, whose to say they won't do a spinoff starring Naruto's son/daughter?

What if they set it up so that Kishi could be the boss of what goes on in the Naruto spinoff while still giving him time to do his next manga?
