Sometimes Naruto fanfiction kills me. They have Sakura apologize to Naruto for how she treated him and apologize to Sasuke for having a crush and asking him on dates but don't make Naruto apologize to Sakura either or make Sasuke apologize for his behaviour. Authors be writing a 12 year old character whose actions aren't THAT deep enough for her to apologize. She's a kid so write her like one.

 

Also, where do you see Naruto actually being hurt by her treatment? It'd be a different story if it was. For Naruto, maybe being a bit pushy is something to apologise for but I can't really think of anything else. Sasuke, Definitely. But this goes to show the doubles standard hypocrisy to the hatred for Sakura. Tricksie said it best, Naruto and Sasuke were little brats themselves and were far from mature in the beginning yet it is only Sakura's behavior that fans were offended by. Now I get that the point was you can sympathize Naruto and Sasuke's back stories and that makes fans root for them. Now that I mention it, maybe Sakura's back story of being bullied may have been more effective being shown in the beginning, but whatever.

One Piece is the swimsuit Gol D. Roger's beloved, his "treasure," wore all the time. She would not wear anything else, hence his treasure is in "one piece," His final message was an attempt to get other pirates to go inform her of his death so she could move her booty to safety. -jk

Well the Karma plot was resolved which was the hanging plot for at least the past...3...4 years. All that is left is for Naruto to die, Nail turn "evil," Bolt leaves on a training trip with Sasuke, and then part two of facing Nail.

Boruto as a whole already reads like a middle-schooler's first poor attempt at writing a Naruto fanfic, so I have no doubt in my mind that the ending will be just as contrived and unremarkable as its predecessor's.

Worse since it is an aimless story just design to eat up time.

Kimetsu no Yaiba was only 205 chapters. Maybe JJK will be of similar length?

A lesson a lot of these new manga of shounen jump seem to have learn is don't have a vague story that can go on for decades.

It was implied that if she wasn't dead she is likely out of the fight or else she would be back by now.

I think the real problem has become that if it goes on that long,  the authors will burn out before the series is finished or fans will lose interest in it. That was Apparent with Bleach, Naruto, and is still going on with One Piece now, in a sense.

 

As for Black Clover, Asta wants to be Wizard King, but just like Naruto, it doesn't give (a) definitive prerequisite(s) on how one becomes Wizard King, nor is there any focus on it nor how close Asta is to achieving it. Instead it has the flashy battles in story arcs that spreads the story kind of thin. As much I love the series to death, it is what it is.

I love long Manga. But, the build-up has to lead to what happens in the end. Like Naruto, we know at the end, he wants to be with Sakura-Chan, wants to be Hokage, wants Team 7 to re-unite, and wants to change the world and bring peace. I dont mind the story being extremely long, as long as were shown that Naruto is working on those dreams and building on them every chapter and getting closer to them. If the Manga has to be thousands of chapters to have the character achieve those, so be it. Ill read it all.

Lol, yeah I mean thats how you do a great twist no one would see coming. As so many people are thinking that Nail will kill Naruto, but having it be Bolt as the one who kills Naruto. 😁

Luffy could marry Boa, Ad I'd still call that infinitely better than "Nardo trash." No, seriously. 

 

But in all seriousness It doesn't seem to to me that epic grand finales are what we're gonna get even with One Piece, since well, no series to me ended on a real high note. Dragon Ball didn't. Bleach didn't. Shaman King didn't, just to name a few and that is just WSJ. A few had a satisfactory ending i.e. Rurouni Kenshin and Fullmetal Alchemist but nothing that gave me an AMAZING CLOSURE with the series' end. I'm just saying expecting such only makes the blow that much harder when a series ends in a very mundane fashion, so best be prepared for it than setting yourself up to be let down in a sense.
