Looking at your sig still makes sad, because it's the truth.  No matter how happy they try to show Naruto from now on.  We all know it's forced and unnatural, and not true happiness.

At the beginning, the story was about an ostracized boy, working hard to gain recognition.

In the second part, the boy became a chosen one destined to end the cycle of hatred.

At the end, the boy becomes a jealous prick who's major goal seems to get with a girl he never really paid much attention to until now.

Kishimoto, stick to one thing and keep it!

Are most of the clips available Hinata-centric. Wait, of course they are,  It's HER movie.  Who's the blonde guy in the orange jumpsuit again?  I can't recognize him over all the retcon.

Kishimoto hasn't been very kind to the themes he tried to make. 

No matter your lot in life, you can earn everything with hardwork?  That was ruined when Naruto turned out to be the chosen one, and Ashura's reincarnation.

The new generation surpassing the old?  Except the Juubi, Madara and Kaguya were OP as heck, and it took four dead famous ninja, a person with an old fox spirit, and another with a powerful bloodline that goes back the beginnings of ninja to really defeat them.  Kakashi only became majorly helpful because another Uchiha lent him his powers to use in the final conflict.

You can overcome destiny?  Sorry, Neji died just like his father did.  It's also unclear whether the cycle of hatred will end with Naruto and Sasuke.  You can say Sasuke is finally stable, but really it's for the moment.  Madara re-joined hands with Hashirama once upon a time, and that was short-lived.  Really, who's to say this won't happen again, and that it will end with Naruto and Sasuke.  That the essences of Ashura and Indra won't move on to another generation and history repeats itself.

Oh, but I guess when all in doubt we can just chant the MST3K Mantra, and be glad that they are "happily" married, along with everyone else.

Thanks. It just reminded me of Rin getting angry at Obito for hiding his wounds.  Like Rin, Sakura had been watching Naruto, since Part 2.  Then, Kishimoto decided these parallels didn't matter. . .
