I think it helped more.
This line
The next line about being unable to cast away someone you liked, imo, is pointed more towards feelings of friendship. Someone you had a close bond with, and with a person like that it makes sense for her to still want to save him from darkness like Kakashi said.

By "you still have feelings for somoene who tried to kill you" is different than 'Your feelings have changed.'
By the former, I believe he means any feeling at all. Empathy, emotion, anything -- not just love.

he said liked in the past. The feelings she has for him are feelings of friendship. Look, SS is sinking since chapter 635, don't you see that everytime Sakura's feelings for Sasuke are brought up it's on a bad light.
