Given most translator's view on the pairings in Naruto as well, we can probably expect much to be downplayed.

We might get a conversation between them about Naruto but not in the way you might think. It might be a flash back in much the same way that Sai asking naruto about Sakura was.

Sakura may find Naruto and or Sasuke and in the process of confronting one or the other Sais conversation with her may come back as a flash back that helps her make her mind up.

I'm kinda hoping it is just a quick flash-back with Sai smiling and saying something like "You know...Naruto said almost the same thing" (pertaining to the flash-back in 457). I love those kinds of quick moments

Basically it confirms what nja said, says the Yondaime Mizukage's name is Yagura (one Japanese commenter wonders if he's also the Sanbi jinchuuriki since that's supposed to be his name) , says the Sanbi jinchuuriki (they used incorrect spelling/kanji here) had some marking starting from underneath his left eye to his cheek, talks about a picture shown of a former Kazekage (presumably Gaara's dad), and that a Sai/Sakura talk happens after the Kage part (insert rolling eyes here). Sai talks about how he doesn't know what type of promise Naruto made to Sakura, but that she should already know how much he likes her. To which Sakura replies when she thinks about it she bursts out and cries. Sai says some more stuff designed to make Sakura think about it.

Anyway I'm not posting this in the spoiler thread, nor do I want it posted there since it's best to wait for Ohana, but just wanted to let you guys know what was going on in the Japanese board.

OMG, so if Hysterias spoiler is correct, then there is a talk between Sai and Sakura about Naruto's feelings for her. And she cries! Or she says that it makes her cry? Whatever.

And Patpala, Sai says "hounto ni suki", which is really like, or really love, totally dependent on context.
