Yeah, I can't wait for the reaction Sakura will have on Naruto's mummified look. Something isn't adding up, "why on earth are anbu attacking Danzou" that has to be a sign of a potential resistance/rebellion, like to know who the leader is behind the attack (Shikaku/Shikamaru or Sakura possibly ).

Naruto sure does know how to look good to meet the Raikage.

Karui finding out Naruto is Konoha's hero would be priceless! Maybe a potential NarutoXKarui, after all both seem to be hard headed when it comes to certain people and it could make Sakura jealous and push out her feelings for Naruto pretty quick. I'm just thinking to wishfully though.

It is a possibilty that it isn't Konoha ANBU but another village and/or group. Danzou isn't exactly liked by the ninja world.

I just don't get, why people think that Karui Would suddenly fall madly in love with Naruto. Naruto had loved Sakura since he was a kid it would be stupid for Kishi to do that.

any one else notice that naruto is looking a lot like danzo now? i mean apart from being blonde.
his bandages and bruises have kind of dress him up to look like danzo....or is it just me?
also he has yamato and kakashi escorting him, like the two body guards for the kages.
somethings brewing here!

I wonder where did Danzou get his Sharingan. Was it from some random Uchiha? Or was it a remenant of the First Hokage V. Mdara battle that Danzou found. Or was it found with Obito's body after Kakashi and Yondy left the scene.

My take on the Danzo sharingan eye is...

Kakashi was given the eye willingly therefore his body was accepted and there were no complications.

Danzo perhaps lost an eye earlier in battle and seeing that a transplant worked with Kakashi desired and stole an Uchiha eye for himself either before or after the massacre. (maybe it is from sasuke's father that would be a laugh) but as he was not given the eye willingly his body is rejected and he cannot use the eye properly so he needs Kabuto's help to fix the problem.

He keeps it bandaged because if the others in the village knew he had been looting the dead bodies he wouldn't be held in the "high" regard he is now

I like the way you're thinking, a sharingan eye might be the very reason for the Uchiha massacre to begin with.. but who knows if he actually needs Kabuto's help or if that's just a cover. Personally, I think he just wants to kill Kabuto and be rid of him.

I am sure he wants to kill him eventually but use him first that is Danzo's way I think lol

What I wanna know, guys, is why Naruto didn't want to explain the whole 'getting beat to a bloody pulp' to Sakura. I must have missed something, but that seemed weird and his smile was different. His uncovered eye messed it up, but if it wasn't all swollen and bruised, I think it would be a little sheepish(?) I'm not quite sure, but I am hoping that Sakura and Naruto will get to at least TALK before he runs off. Geez...

I miss butt-kicker Sakura :c

Also, what do you think Kakashi meant when he said to Sai about the getting Sasuke back matter.

Danzou getting a sharingan wasn't too surprising. I mean yeah, I was pretty shocked but it's clear that having it isn't quite so rare anymore. Not to mention the Danzou = Madara theory that's gonna flare up; there's bound to be theories, but only Kishi knows how it's going to end. People are entitled to opinions, as for me, I'm just gonna wait it out and not expect anything. |D

No its not just you, he likes that word a lot. Then again though that is what half of Naruto is about. The bonds he has made and the the bonds he wants to protect. Also the bonds he wants to make.

As always Blinktopia did a great job on the translations. I'm doubtful we will see any Naruto or Sakura for a couple of chapters, it seems like it may focus on Danzo, and perhaps Sasuke.
