Oh well in case you're just curious here's the link:
Rokubi/Utakata arc

I really wished they had focused on my choices: Fuu or Han..... oh well, at least if this turns out like Sanbi arc we can safely say Naruto vs Pain will be majorly Epic.

If this is as bad as the Sanbi arc, it's going to suck majorly. Also, when is this supposed to be set? I thought all but the eight and nine tails had been captured at this point in the anime.

Sadly, I'll probably watch it anyways. I have to admit I saw it coming though... I mean, if they moved onto -other stuff- they'd have caught up with the manga too fast... seeing as the manga is on the arc after the Pein-fest now... then where would we be?

I wonder which Akatsuki will catch this one biggrin.gif

At least it looks like it might have something of a Naruto and Sakura focus, it was the narusakuish moments in both the Sora and Sanbi arcs that made them much more bearable than the hellishly bad fillers of part 1.

Oh it was even worse than making fake naruhina stories. They committed the "cardinal sin" of storytellers and turned Hinata into the dreaded "Mary-Sue"- Hinata way overplayed in her skills and given skills she doesn't have, while Naruto was made to look stupid and foolish in almost every filler. Sakura a overplayed tsundere on her rare appearences during the fillers. Only the last part 1 filler arc- the Gaara/Matsuri arc mostly had the characters personalities and skills reflect more what Kishimoto wrote. (the first filler arc with Naruto, Sakura and Jiraiya at least attempted to sort of stay true to the characters personalities and skills, but the premise that starts it completely contradicts the change that Sakura was already starting to show. However, they do have Sakura show evidence of the start of that change in how she acts toward Naruto while they are on the mission. The Konoha 11 arc which preceeds the Gaara/Matsuri arc is about a step below that. The rest were utter garbage.

I'm sure Kishimoto did make some polite suggestions about what would be out of character to Studio Perriot about fillers in Shippuden after that debacle, because so far the Shippuden filler arcs haven't been as hellishly bad as the part 1 fillers. Shippuden movies though have been that level of awful. It sounds like though finally with the 2009's Shippuden movie they finally stopped making terrible movies.

I'm kind of feeling an "ugh" twinge about this upcoming filler arc, I'm betting this granddaughter of the Tsuchigumo Clan that Naruto escorts is another filler girl that gets crush a on Naruto. That plotline is getting rather overused...

Let's see, what else could I put down...um, I love reading, writing, and biking too. Comedy movies are the best...um yeah. You know, I haven't watched much of the anime in awhile. Maybe I'll give the Rokubi arc a chance. The idea of using bubbles seems a bit odd, but I've seen odder things in Naruto.

Gimme a break, 'kay?

I heard from a possibly unreliable source that this filler arc was written by Kishimoto himself, so maybe it will be pretty solid.

If this true, then it will benefit us with great excitement and a good filler arc, plus it can give us some good info on Utakata from Kishi himself (but why him though? I prefer Fuu over him. She and her biju might have an interesting storyline and probably some connections especially if Shino tags along in this arc, although this will give some NaruFuu crack some fans like come in the alley wink.gif )

... am I the only one had that funny feeling a couple of months ago that the animators were making another filler? I kept having that feeling during the Sasuke Vs. Deidara arc and I was awaiting on what's going happen when it occurs as the show progress.

I keeping my doubts though... wait a sec... that means... before this arc begin, we will see Omoi, Karui, Samui and Raikage animated and hear their official voices! wow.png

is it me, or did i see pain's summoning at the end of the new episode???? Is it going to be pain that captures Utakata? I guess they're trying to introduce him into the anime.

I have great news according to animenetwork.com the end of the Rokubi arc will be March 25. The last episode of the filler arc will be 153, so that means 154 Naruto will start on his sage training which means the invasion of Pain arc will be by 158 or 159. biggrin.gif

That's awful! My birthday is March 15th and I'm leaving for Las Vegas March 27th for a week (Las Vegas is almost 3000 miles away, thank god for airplanes!) Gah! Oh well. I'll be able to read the manga from my Ipod but I can't watch episodes U_U Hate fillers... There plots stink, they always make Sakura hit Naruto for just breathing, there boring, they always add Hinata because she's "popular"... I hope I'm on the right subject 'cause I don't pay attention. I want Naruto vs. Pain now! (Covers eyes from Hinata's confession) Lmao xP

You're right, the one hour special will be about Naruto learning Jiraya's dead and the process of decoding Jiraya's code. I hope that it will be like the episode 79 ( I think it was that episode), the way they present Asuma's death was breathtaking.

And I'm with you on this one, THIS ARC IS THE BEST OF THE BEST, really CAN'T wait to see that in action biggrin.gif
