...Honestly I don't like the gaiden. It's crap. But to be complete honest this chapter was the second best...decent...above average...tolerable let go with tolerable. The second  event that makes reading through it even tolerable in this gaiden. The other is the Naruto and Salad interactions.So i don't know how this one was the chapter that finally broke the camels back.

 

I'm bored so i'll make some prediction of what going to happen.

Naruto/Salad want to go and rescues Sakura while Sasuke just wants to go after Shin. He is chewed out by Salad for his indifference to her mother his wife being kidnapped.

Hopefully Naruto think this has gotten to hot and want to send salad and the fat filler home. Fat filler agrees but complain how she wasn't able to meet her sexy dad. Salad refuses to leave and want to help save her mother. so they relent and let Salad stay. Hopefully Fat filler still leaves though. 

Also Naruto comforts Salad promising they'll get her mother back and also makes excuses for how Sasuke is behaving. 

Sakura is eventually does the operation, and since she there tries to figure out information on these guys to help when Naruto and Sasuke come. She makes a discovery.

When Naruto and Sasuke come assuming she not under mind control or something she reveals it the big bad go further an explain everything. Then makes some speech about how peace has made the world complacent and he shall reignite conflict throughout the world.

The fight he is defeated.

Then in chapter ten we learn yes Salad is SS daughter. Then Sakura Salad and Naruto at least go home with Sasuke saying he will visit more often or something.

The SasuNaru is strong in this one   

It's going to be like the final battle with Kaguya. Sasuke will tell Naruto; "Don't bother trying to save Sakura. You and I are the important ones here."

 

Does anybody really hate Sakura in Naruto gaiden or is it just me?? 

I don't hate Sakura but I hate what Kishi turned her into. Same with Naruto. I've never seen an author so bent on destroying every last shred of integrity his characters had. Well, excepting one character that Kishi has a perpetual hard on for, but I won't mention Sasuke by name.

 

Yeah that's really ridiculous too considering they sealed a god and forgot how to fight for over 10+ years, escially since Naruto is the HOKAGE and should be ready for battle whenever deemed necessary.  

 

But no, I'm more pissed about Sakura and how she's left Sarada out on everything. It's almost as if she has no issue with Sasuke leaving for over 12 years. And there's still the fact that Sarada doesn't have birth records and that Sakura doesn't have a real family photo, yet Sakura is embracing the Uchiha clan as if she knows anything about it. She probably doesn't even know who Shisui is, or how the village betrayed the Uchihas, etc. The lack of development is just....disgusting.

Kishi has made Sakura's exclusive role to be an apologist and PR spin doctor for Sasuke. When she's in his presence she can't even detect her "dear friend" has a three foot razor blade sticking out of his sternum. I guess that's the level of observation her years of ninja and medical training have afforded her.

 

As for her family issues, don't forget the comment made during the scene when Oro revived the first four kages so Sasuke could speak with them. It was said that the real problem with the Uchiha was that they "loved too much". I feel pretty confident that will come into play by the end of this train wreck. Kishi is desperate to do something to make SS seem viable.

Vomits in my mouth a little, he wants to make Ss in to a power couple the reason I did not capitalize Sakura's S is because she is not a equal in this realationship. He sees her only as a baby maker, I find it so disrespectful of Sakura's abilities as a ninja.

For me, Sakura is the best before 693, which is at her lowest point to me, I think her being with Sasuke is an mistake and think the SS fandom needs to go back to Twilight; if they like that type of relationship. I have talked to many abuse victims, and I find these realationships abhornent in media if the abuse vicitam doesn't get payback in someway. Like for example, a stocking vicitam gets even or an abuser gets his at the end of the show.

They don't hate her anymore since she no longer a threat to Naruhina. Like even forneverworld is amazed by her now.

The problem is the setup. It's incredibly obvious on why this even happened and it's not done by logic. Seriously, how hard is to have someone who can disable jutsu, actually on par with them, sneak attack on Sarada from another location, or anything outside than "how rusty." Don't you know Gohan is rusty not in power, rather skills? Huge difference. Naruto and Sasuke still have those. If you really wanted to make it that way, you should have start the series with that in mind set. This is why we can't really credit anything, even Sakura. It doesn't help that she gets kidnapped. What else is new. Can't you do what they do with other female characters in other series. Can't you? Can't you? Can't you?
