Ep 405 the imprisoned pair

 

Catsis summary

 

continues from last episode ten ten and Asaji make their way out of the tunnels

 

neji and lee help asajis--the rain nin--teammates out and they start to look together for their missing teamates

 

both teams discover giant ants.

 

Ten Ten finds her courage and summons an ocean to help them escape.

 

Both teams part as friends

 

All told a not bad filler episode, passable animation and a decent story and character development

 

Next episode to feature Sakura and Ino and Choji

also I might watch next week, some more pre mutilated Sakura will be a welcome sight

But isn't the canon what they actually wanted? Makes no sense to put it off now that they have it. These fillers ain't making up for any losses suffered. The only way for ratings to go up is if they are trying black comedy on the "The Last" version of the characters.

Because Pierot wants to milk every cent on the series. Though I wish they get the lowest ratings ever that they end up canceling the anime before returning to canon, and that's a big "if".

They want to make the series last longer maybe, but it still is a stupid idea because they're only losing more money.
