2nd one.
Reasons:
1. Don't like yaoi.
2. This particular "kiss" saved Naruto's life. It was really CPR but whatever.
3. Fuuka wasn't a real kiss; it was forced.

Personally, I thought the first was a bit of juvinile humor I could have done without, but I don't consider either of the others canon, so...

Considering the standard for a 'Naruto kiss,' in which it doesn't appear to matter if Naruto's returning it, I've gotta say Tsunade's kiss of Naruto's forehead tops them all to me.

You haven't experienced the full cofusion of modern gender relations until you've heard an angry group of women yelling, "We want tentacles!" at an all-night Hentai-fest.

Yep, it really was a powerful scene where a kiss was used seriously- it symbolized her trust in passing along her brother and fiance's dream, that she believed in his future potential to fulfill their dreams and more, and she continues to show that trust- which is why she hated being forced to send Naruto to that island.

But yes the eventual narusaku kiss will outdo even Tsunade's kiss to Dan's forehead in romantic power. I feel almost certain Naruto will kiss Sakura's forehead, even if we get no mouth to mouth kiss, that will have more romantic power than Tsunade's kiss to Dan's forehead, because of what Sakura thought and Naruto said in chapter 3.

Sakura and Hinata tries to Naruto from leaving to fight Sasuke.
Naruto kissed Sakura's forehead.
All the villages think Naruto is dead until Naruto came back with his Best Friend.

I just thought of something. Do you guys remember what Naruto told Sasuke both of them are not good at talk without using their fists. So I think that Naruto and Sasuke was planing on Team up. To take down Madara. The other ninjas would be to busy with the dead Akatsuki members, Hidan, Kisame and Kabuto. I wonder if Kabuto have Orochimaru as well?

personaly my favorite was the one kiss that almost happened but didnt.

the bench scene.

Tsunades kiss on the forehead is second and also a trully wonderful moment.
