Once again, I can't watch the episode yet. But I will tonight.

Next episode is episode 200 hope Naruto will be in there: I remember seeing an omake in where naruto wasn't invited to a party because he didn't star in the episode (which was a jubileum or anniversary (don't know the correct word) episode), in that omake it was also stated that Naruto hasn't since the beginning been starring in any anniversary (or whatever) episode.

Nice episode - It looks like the Mizukage has deep green eyes after all. She looked nice, though her voice wasn't exactly what I was expecting, it's not bad.

The scenes with Kakashi talking Yamato into spying was amusing too - poor Yamato.

The snow was animated really well, it looked gorgeous! Can't wait for next week's episode!

Nice episode - It looks like the Mizukage has deep green eyes after all. She looked nice, though her voice wasn't exactly what I was expecting, it's not bad.

It was amazingly close to what I was expecting. commanding (she is a Kage, remember. No one would take seriously as a leader of a country if she had a voice like a porn actress- which apparently some fanboys on various English language on various Naruto forums were fantasizing her voice being like.) but softer than Tsunade's, with a motherly compassionate tone with Choujiro. I think the only time they'll get the "sexy voice" is right before she almost kills Sasuke. She takes a "cougar-like" tone there.

True - but I wasn't expecting a porn actress voice either. Maybe somewhere like Kurenai's or that filler character Guren's?

As I said though, it's not bad. Mei is still awesome anyway.

Well the moment in 457 many NS fans are looking forward to are almost certainly going to take place in 200, because "Naruto's Appeal" is happening both before and after said moment.

Also, taking into consideration the pacing of the last few episodes, I have trouble seeing the event of 458 not being covered in 200. "A Bitter Decision" seems to hint more towards the events of 459 than 458 in my opinion.

I have to laugh about Karui. She really is that hot tempered and violent in manga canon. Maybe with having Karui to write scenes for- being the outright tsundere of the series (she makes even Tsunade seem cool and collected in comparison and Sakura sweet and gentle in comparison) even the lesser talented anime team will write Sakura more like manga canon. We shall soon see. This episode looked like it was written by the better team- they stayed pretty close to manga canon, with only a few added bits that weren't jarring.

rewatched the episode and I now officialy hate the voice of that Mei person. Agreed she doesn't need to sound like a pornstar but also not like a 200kg woman with her nose clogged (srr for the literal translation...)

And that ninja thats with here that's supposed to be one of the hidden mists swordsmen needs to grow a backbone => he's litteraly all jelly and stuf. Not to mention that he doesn't have any self-confidence.
