Episode 190 is out!

i actually liked this one alot. it was sweet, and not too ridiculous

i loved the little bits we got to see of the past hokage's and it kinda slipped in with canon events near the end, so i thought it was alright. i enjoyed watching it

how exactly would a 50 year genin know that Naruto is Minato's son when nobody else does?

....Umm..... seriously, it doesn't really take a genius like Shikamaru to figure it out. A guy as old as him should be able to remember how Minato was like and realize the commonness between Minato and Naruto and then put 2 & 2 together.

This was good. Why can't they make fillers like this all the time? Characters are likeable/bad guys are believeable. Animation is nicely done. Fight scenes are good. Story flows with the canon without making it feel like filler.

Next week, however, I bet the awful character stuff will be back in full force.

I agree with Tricksie, this was very good filler episode, one of the best. Why do I have the feeling that the next episode will be similar to the episode 101 of the pre-shippuden serie ( not that I would mind, it was a fun episode...useless but a good comic relief)? However, something also tell me that the 'girl' in question in this filler will be a total fail so it will be like the usual filler, they'll try to do a funny episode but they will fail miserably

Ill give this episode props. as trixie said above, good plot, flows with canon easilly, nice action and characterization was solid if unspectacular. A compact and well done episode.

From reading other's opinion the episode was very good for a filler maybe Pierot has finally seen the light of reason and they decided to make an episode worth watching. Maybe I will watch it later.

Though i'm trying to stay away from the filler, i think i might just check this one out since it seems (according to this thread) that it was pretty decent

What the...!? It's bad enough that 2010 will finish with a filler episode, why they have to ruin the start of 2011 ENOUGH OF THAT, I would better have a long break then suffering this ( I know, wishfull thinking )

DAMN, guess that I'll start watching other anime for good entertainment as it's seem like I'll have to wait long before seeing something worth watching ( GOD, I never thought that I would have said this but I want to see Sasuke kicking butts already!!!!!)

Hahaha you guys see. THIS is why i don't watch the anime anymore Anyways by the time that episode 196 is here the manga will probably already have naruto having an epic battle in the war with his new powers so its not that bad without the anime

Oh man i think someone should a celebration video when this great filler arc is over just like i saw someone else do on youtube when the part 1 filler arc ended lol .

Our only hope is for someone reasonable to buy the rights from Pierrot. Then they will really be in a bind. I wonder if the NaruHina people are as ticked off by fillers as we are. My god, it might actually be common ground!

I don't even want to know what they'll do to Kushina.
