I have this problem.

My HDD was broken and now it's been changed with the new one. The software has been reinstalled and the files can be saved. But the repairer installed two antiviruses A and B, which A is the one I usually use and B doesn't. So uninstalled B and wanted to reinstall the antivirus with other antivirus that I usually use.

The problem is I can't install it. It says that it can't continue the process after I leave it several mins for processing.

What should I do?

OK, what antivirus do you want to install and what do you already have installed? Antivirus A and B, what are they called?

Also why do you have two antivirus's software installed in the first place?

Kind of habit, I guess. Always have two antiviruses in computer or laptop.
Anyway, I tries again last night and I can install the antivirus now. It seems that the internet connection was in trouble so it influenced the installation.
Thanks for the help
The antivirus that have been installed were Smadav and Avira. I wanted to replace Avira with Avast. If you want to know why, again, it's a habit of using both or I'm more familiar with those.

So you solved it. Just a small advice, don't use more than one antivirus at a time. It causes slowdowns and sometimes errors within the antivirus software.

Oh, what I know the advice is more than two antiviruses?

Another question. When I listen to a video, the sound seems to be broken. I think it's what you call "noisy"? I'm sorry, I don't know the right term. And that's happened especially in high tone. I've read the solution online that said I need to uninstall the sound from device manager, restart the computer, then install it again. Haven't done it.

Anyone knows how to solve this? Can I do the solution above that I've mentioned?

Another question, how do I install the sound again? In the website, I just need to scan through device manager and choose to install it. Or do I need to look for the installer first?

What I think, it's your sound driver that having a problem. You need to update it, but I'm not 100% that it will fix problem.

Other than that, I only can think of problems with sound device, and it's needed to be checked.
