Whats in the coffin that scared madara?

In the latest naruto shippuden episode kabuto uses edo tensei to bring up a coffin infront of madara. Madara after seeing what is in the coffin looks terrified ( most shocked look i've ever seen him in). What is in the coffin that could hsve madara that scared?

At first I thought it was the 1st Hokage but that went down the drain because he's already fought once so why not show his face. My husband said maybe it was Madera's own body, like maybe he's pulled an Orochimaru and has some temp body and his original is in there. I personally think it's the original sage of 6 paths, now that guy would give Madera a run for his money!!

maybe I could come up with a scenario for that lets see.... 
ah here we go:
Madara's Mom: MADARA!!! get over here and do your chores!!!!
Madara: MOTHER!!!! I'm trying to complete my Mugen Tsukuyomi plan to rule the world!
Madara's Mom: Don't start with me!!! you can continue your world domination hobby after you clean your room and take out the garbage!!!!!
Madara: BUT I'M BUSY!!!
Madara's Mom: DON'T GET ME STARTED!!!!! Help out or I will use my Sharingan to show your little friends and enemies your baby photos, and how you used to set your clothes on fire with Katon jutsu!!!!!
Madara:
Fine I'm COMING Mother!!!
Madara's Mom : OH!!! and your punishment for taking your brother's eyes and causing his death, IS TO GIVE ME A SPONGE BATH AND WIPE MY A** AFTER I'M FINISHED IN THE BATHROOM!!!!!

i agree
im thinking its the sage of six paths because i dont think there are many things that madara would be scared of.
