OK, this is for all the people who only get an e-mail error when they try to access the Library.

Nick Soapdish and I were able to find the cause of the problem and have been able to fix it for some people. However, there may be others who have this problem and have not notified us.

So, please post in this topic if you are unable to access the Library with your account! If you post here then a mod will be able to delete your old account from the Library thus clearing the way for you.

The problem is partly caused because of synchronisation problems between the the board and Library. We usually do member purges to remove inactive members who have never posted, to keep our member count as accurate as possible. However, purged members are not removed from the Library so when someone tries to recreate their account, it conflicts with the information stored in the Library.

For now, member purges will be suspended while we clear any backlog there is and decide upon the next course of action.

So, again, if you cannot access the Library because of e-mail errors, please post in this topic!
