You know, after reading the Kishimoto interview, and what he said about Sasuke, it makes me wonder.  I mean, we've been thinking that the pairing resolution will somehow be dragged out until the very end, but it may be the resolution between Naruto and Sasuke that's last.

 

We may see Sakura turn the corner, but the actual moment with Naruto is held until he has done whatever needs to be done with Sasuke. 

 

That's exactly what I think will happen. It's the typical structure for shonen romance, and with the dramatic turn that the story has taken, I can't see Sakura's feelings being resolved later down the line. I mean, if she doesn't come to realize the extent of her feelings for Naruto when he's on death's door, then it probably won't happen at all, so here's hoping!
