I remember Playing donkey Kong country for the Game boy colour 
I did not buy too many DK games but I really WANT to 
Like Tropical Freeze and DK country Returns

Been years but wow Donkey Kong Country and Donkey Kong Country 2 were so damn good. I loved the visuals in the background, the fast pace, and especially the music.
