If you ask me, even the single player of Brotherhood beat AC2. So if you loved AC2, you'll love Brotherhood more.

Just finished ACB today, and I loved the SP. Not sure it beats ACII for me, but I loved it all the same. I wish there would have been more interaction outside of the animus (like for example how Lucy and Desmond would train together in ACII during his breaks...it would open up opportunities for those hallucinations he has and perhaps a few more explanations and/or twists.). I did like how you could go and explore 2012 Monterrigioni, that was cool. As for my predictions about the ending of the game and where its going, I would have to unlock a few more things in the game first. But as much as I wanna say that Lucy lived...a part of me is also saying that she's gone and that's just the cold hard truth.

Overall I love the game, I love the amount of time it took (kept me fixated for many hours), and I love this game series more and more with each installment. Can't wait for the next (and last?) one. There are quite a few questions to be answered.

EDIT: Just did this calculation, and others have too...Abstergo were planning to launch their satellite 72 days after Desmond and co. set out to find the apple in the Coliseum, which was October 10th, 2012. 72 days from that is December 21st, 2012. Wouldn't be surprised if the Mayans and their calendar are involved in this game in a big way soon.

Considering that the Mayans are famous for both that 2012 thing AND they've built plenty of temples, it's kinda obvious. Still, I don't think they'll manage to visit all the temples. Probably background stuff like the emails Shaun gets from Mr. William M.

I hope they don't try to cram all the temples into the third game. It's way too much - I wouldn't enjoy it.

I just started replaying the PC Version of ACII, very good game indeed. I think the idea of 2012 and all the Mayan prophecies was to foreshadow the launch of the satellite. Maybe "Those Before Us" saw the future and knew that, if not prevented, the launch on that day might deem deadly and thus gave their human followers the idea of the "End of Days."
