its amazing when bryke mentioned the comic would explore korrasami's relationship they weren't joking in the past i felt korrasami was forced and didn't get proper dvelopment but with the first part of this trilogy story me its made me jump on board to the ship because it delivered exactly what i needed from the show proper development i understand that with tv programming there is a limit but the pairing didn't scream out canon potential to me with comics you have more freedom and part 1 made me ship them good job bryke it took you 3 yrs but you finally convinced me
the first part of the new korra comic is out

Ah, yeah, I saw that. But wasn't it obvious? Korrasami was canon. There were some Korra/Maco shippers that didn't want to believe it or took the ship as a sort of joke just because it's a lesbian couple.

I noticed it first when they met again. The way they vonplimented eachother was flirtatious, Korra gave Asami bedroom eyes, blushed, and fickled with her hair.well for me i thought it was forced in the tv show
It was obvious. I knew there was something going on, but I didn't dare be sure they'd take such a step.
I knew they got there late, but I didn't mind because they were already besties at that point. Realizing that your relationship with your bestfriend isn't quite as platonic as you thought is not an unfamiliar concept. It's a very natural and common thing. So even if it was sudden there wasn't much to force.

Yeah, I saw it too. It was definitely there. But I wasn't sure what I was seeing, because that was such a huge leap for a kids cartoon. Even one was good and well-crafted as Avatar. They had already laid the groundwork for MaKorra. So I thought Korra and Asami were a bit of a red herring to lead viewers into some kind of relationship suspense for the rest of the show, then flip it back to MaKorra for a dramatic ending or something.
Anyway, so glad they're continuing in the comics. When the series ended, it seemed like there was still so much story to tell!!

Another thing, both Kyoshi and Kya like women! XD It's awesome. In the comic Kya makes a speech about how Kyoshi was bisexual and then she talked about her own first girlfriend.

Zuko and Suki????? But I haven't seen them interact much in the show.....Avatar needs to fix the ships.....though I thought in the ATLAB, the ships were pretty much solid (plus I never cared...just guessed right), I was surprised that people were mad about Zutara xD. Korra though.....I remember hating Mako with any of the girls lol
zutara was the second biggest ship to fans
