Ep 406: Where I belong.
New opening and ending both not too bad actually.
Sakura and Ino focused episode extended flashback to their training.
Sakura kills a giant scorpion like the one that injured her in the prior episodes.
Overall not bad episode wise worth watching if youre a Sakura Ino fan
teeny bit of ChoIno in it

They actually showed Cho/Ino in the episode??? Such a shame Pierot is just trolling with the fandom. We all know who Ino marries.

Well they need to bring back all the people they've lost.

you know there's actually a (minor) advantage to the slaughter of 699-700. I don't even care whether the next episode is filler or not anymore.
EDIT: going to check this one out though, even if we only get a glimpse of the old Sakura.

The episode actually wasn't bad. though the animation was basic at best, with some derp moments.
Other than the boob comment, it wasn't really degrading.( though, I have the feeling, that the reason why medical ninjas are just popping up out of nowhere is to make it look like anyone can heal and that Sakura's feats are nothing special.)
there was ino daydreaming about feeding Sasuke, but she ended up feeding Chouji instead.( another NS moment, I couldn't help but note.)
The training was mostly centered around Ino, but Sakura got some good focus. They showed her studying a bunch of medical text, cheering for Ino, when she managed to successfully heal an octopus, and explaining that she wanted to find her own place onT7, which is why she became a med nin.
Like the OP said, Sakura took out a giant crab, she then cut and cooked it for a "nutritious" meal, that actually seemed to taste good, since she ate it no problem. So, other than the sub-par animation, the episode isn't a bad watch, with lots of InoSaku friendship.
