Interesting about his sister, that's the name of Horikoshi's female protagonist from his previous manga about the zoo.

So, has anyone been keeping up with My Hero Villain Academia lately?  I'll be honest I'm just cruising along until it gets back to the interesting stuff. I mean, developing the villains is fine, but we know that is not the focus of the series, it is about superhero school

So the second movie is coming out in theaters around December, called HEROES: RISING.

A couple of things:

 

MHA Movie 2

- There will be a plot element that would be use for the final battle that Horikoshi wanted to used in the manga's ending.

 

- He also thinks that this may be the final movie of the franchise (highly doubt it, because of its massive popularity).

I'm actually starting to enjoy the flashbacks more now and for Shigaraki to develop into a great villain. I just wish that there will be more villains for the class to fight in the future if MHA is taking the Shonen route of killing villains to introduce stronger ones

Huh Shigaraki's home life is shown to be incredibly tragic. And truth be told while I understand his father's mindset I cannot agree with it nor do I feel any sympathy for him. I feel for the deaths of the rest of Tomura/Tenko's family though. they all really wanted to support his dream but felt abided to the totiltarian rules of the father. Kotaro is the name of Nana's son as an aside

I imagine since part of Nana lives on in Midoriya once she can regularly communicate with him she probably be involved. Hell, if Tomura learns of that little factoid he might even brag to her about what happened to her beloved son and his family.

Yeah she gave up Kotaro for fear for his life so he took those issues out on his children so one of them snapped and killed him and the family she never got to meet. That's might be devastating when she hears it

So, the franchise is getting another spin-off, this time based on the scene where Katsuki and Shoto recently teamed up.

This series will be focusing on Izuku, his classmates and other schools teaming up with the Pro-Heroes. It will debut on Saikyo Jump around October.

 

What's in store...
