That sword Obito was using, the one that created the world. It really looked like a model of the DNA. I'm guessing kishi used inspiration from the main creation of all creatures which is the strand of DNA and built the sword to represent the creation of all things?

This chapter made me laugh, I'm not sure why.  I'm just laughing.  I'm wondering though, if Kakashi and Obito's eyes are connected, what'll happen to Kakashi (Kakashi's Sharingan) when Obito does die =/.  I'm a bit annoyed that the friends rasenganed Obito, would rather that they got the cloak and used their own moves.  Oh well, at least Sakura wasn't used as a minion of Naruto's.

That sword that Obito was holding, Nunoboko, it looks like one of the Shining Force swords from Shining Force EXA game... (The one the character Toma wields.) The hell, Kishimoto? Now I'm seeing video game references?!

I am glad for that as well, as I posted on Tumblr.

Everyone was screaming, waaa, Sakura isn't into that. Well, duuh, she is one put aside to show that she doesn't need to relay on their power-ups because she's good on her own two feet. ;)
And this only means that, as happened in 629, soon, she'll have her 'solo' moment.

I can't even take the K11 seriously. It's like they were injected into the scene to give Naruto's dogma a physical shape that would allow him to finish this repetitive fight... Without Sakura who is the most important person in his life barring Sasuke arguably.  Literally everyone who is still alive in the K11 contributed except for Sakura. I don't know what to think of that right now. And I didn't expect for Tobi to be so easily defeated either. All of that power, the capacity to use any element and all of the paths' abilities, and this is how he's finally brought down? Disappointing. Maybe Kishi is reserving the best for Madara. 

 

The chapter was brief, very brief and not all that interesting. It was expected that this fusion entity of Susanoo and Kurama would be seen but alot of people believed that it would fail. Apparently that wasn't the case at all. This is the end for Tobi. His thoughts about the alternative future he could have had are a clear indication of that.

Yup

I think too she'll have her solo moment after the side characters have their moment of rasengan. Either for the OR parallel or a role before that.

People fail to realize that Sakura is maintaining  jutsu and that the
battle with the tree roots is still going on while they were battle obito with
naruto's power.

Thoughts

I enjoyed this chapter even though it was short. I was glad to see the others jumping in to help Naruto and Sasuke out finally defeat Obito, but something tells me this isn't the end. If I know my DBZ logic, then Obito will have something up his sleeve and try a desperation attack or maybe he'll give in finally.

In those flashbacks or at least thoughts Obito accepted that Rin would die and went on with his life. But the only way he could've survived was if Rin died for him. What do you guys think of those flashbacks?

Kind of a let down, i hear ya.. I wanted her to take part in that attack , i mean aside with Sasuske she is his most valuable,friend and of course love interest , why Kishi did that ? It eludes me .. Tobi isn't done, at least not till his rin issue is not resolved. We saw him imagining ''what if'' situation , so in the next few chapters we are gonna see him at an end. Though Madara is still in play, we could anticipate that he will put his foot down next chapter.

Exactly. Somewhere out there, the Shinjuu tree is still attacking the Alliance. And Katsuyu's healing is connected to the Byakugo seals. Thus, she needs to take care of that.

But some people guess will never understand...
