I'm getting a little tired with the angst parade going on, but on the other hand, the music keeps getting better and better. Is it odd that I'm tuning in just to hear new tracks? Oh well.
What really annoys me is all of this stuff could have been so much better. And I don't just mean the fights. Seriously, a random Uchiha coming out of nowhere to reveal the truth? Lame.

Yeah, I agree. I'm not bashing him, I just am disinterested in his character. I'm glad Kishi is taking time to try and make full rich characters within his world, that all have their own story arc, but srsly... I guess it's just the combination of the manga and anime as of late, focusing on Sasuke, and the feeling that the animation crew know they have several holidays coming up and are concentrated on other things so we get to round out the year with Sasuke filler. Everything that happened in those few chapters of this explanation could've fit into this one episode. Hope Hatsumode with Naruto will be better.

Next episode, expect to see Sasuke in all his emoness. Madara is really a smooth talker. That's all I can say.
