I thought I should put this here for the gamers.

Kotaku just published an article on desktop gaming wallpapers, with a couple of links. The first one died due to traffic, but the second one is well and truly alive:


Desktop Gaming This is currently buried under traffic, but it may come back in the future. In the meantime, you can see screenshots of what they had on Lifehacker.

I've got the Link wallpaper on my netbook, and I'm currently choosing what to use on my desktop. Maybe one of the Marios.

Wow... I want actual games that look like those. Especially the Mario, Sonic, and Metroid ones.

Niiice, I usually just get artworks and make wallpapers from deviantart, but these links look pretty cool, I might check on it more later.

Those are kittenin'. I'm currently using the Green Hill Zone one as my desktop.

Thanks for pointing those out Smiter. I hadn't even heard of them.
