Correction: I am saying what the author is saying, I.E., I am sharing the meaning of the author's words, rather than the twisted version, or above, a misquoted version. 

I know the correct quote, saying is still horrible in any light you look at it, given what happend in manga. But you can't even acknowledge Kishimoto's words about many things, so don't bother to "saying I.E".

Not at all. It's not about a woman only loving one person, it's that it would make her shallow. It would invalidate a lot of her character even, because we're shown her love is deep and selfless, I.E. unconditional. So if she went with Naruto because he's the cool hero and all, it would cause all of her interactions with Sasuke to become shallow. It would have you question her love of Naruto going forward, if you could give it up like that for the new cool guy.

 

This is probably why 469 is structured the way it is, Sakura listing all of the reasons she should love Naruto instead of Sasuke, but they all come off as shallow nice guy screed. Naruto calling her out is both a character moment for him and Kishimoto telling you that love doesn't work that way. He instead shows love as enduring, even tragic.

 

Thus, if you want to re-write the story in the way Kishimoto depicts love convincingly, but for NS, you must have Sakura's love for Sasuke be consistently shallow, and then show her falling for Naruto for more than just being the nice cool hero down the road. Or don't, and have Sakura do fall for cool guy stuff. No real rules, mind. 

Oh... I did, misunderstood, you, for being wiser person, talking about Naruto, when he's not even on a screen, Talking about Sakura moving on to him as it even matters. Kishimoto stated that her moving on from Sasuke would make her horrible woman, it doesn't matter who she would move to, stating that after numerous times of killing attempts of killing her it would make her shallow? Okay, staying with him makes her shallow of female character that only rotates around who she's married to or who she is in love with.

 

I don't care what pink glasses you have on, and frankly I'm not intrested to care to know. Claiming you stand for "truth" but in reality you only spit false covering it with "it's authors words", well, kitten, it doesn't matter then if it's mangaka who said it? He said about red herrings to, and that he didn't care to develope "true" pairings at all, but you ignoring it all, deliberately ingoring that with "misunderstood, I.E., read it wrong", but people here not that dumb, when even mangaka said he didn't. Call yourself a fan or any of characters be it Naruto or Sakura, what a mockery.

Guys, sorry for playing the Devil's Advocate or for playing judge, but if possible, try to refrain from posts like these at all. If she's a troll, then her goal is to make us mad (which seems to be working), and then WE take blame from the mods. And even if that is not her intentions (always give benefit of the doubt), this could still be taken as instigating trouble. So please, just for the sake of the forum and of course, to make mods job easier, could we try to refrain from threats, please?

Anyway, another topic to talk about: Many of us have mentioned Shina having Naruto and Sakura's abilities. Would you guys like to elaborate on what exact abilities you would like to see on him?

For Shina, I would adore the idea of him taking after Sakura. I feel like he would excel more in his studies. I would love for him to go into ANBU, or even become a medical ninja like his mama! That would honestly be the best. I could see him watching a medical team go in and save a precious teammate or lil sister's life and then want to do that too. I feel like he would want to go that path. He knows his dads moves of course but as a medical ninja would use other tactics/strategies to be most effective.

The daughter, yes would be more like Naruto. I'm not entirely sure for hers without being an exact copy of Naruto's moves. Although it'd be cool if Sakura taught her how to control her chakra well enough to have incredible strength like her mama. I would have to give hers more thought hehe.

Get ready for the most OP character in Naruto history:

Shina: Kyuubi's chakra alters Naruto's DNA causing a mutation that raises the  Uzumaki's infamous chakra levels to an even higher level. Sakura's precise chakra control is passed on.

Because of his large reserve and chakra control, can easily master the byakugo No In. Signs the Slug summoning. Basically a Souped up. Learns basic healing, Goken and Drunken fist from Rock Lee, Rasengan and Hiraishin from Naruto, Tactics from Shika, Psychological profiling from Ino, maintaining one's calm from Shino and an average weapon user (courtesy of training from Tenten)

 

So you have a FTG spamming, self healing, Drunken Fist master who is also capable of mass healing through the Splitting of the slug summon.

I rarely see /male/ medics or medic-nins now that I think of it. C (or Shī) was the only male medic-nin prominent in Naruto if I remember...

I love love love medics and doctors. They're like undercover angels on earth imo lol, so they get ton of respect from me.

It's funny, hearing this makes me think of an OC that my friend Kurt came up for our fanfic alternate canon, Naruto: The Demon Within, where a young ninja named Riku Saotome ends up studying to become a medical ninja, and it also makes me realize we need more love for them and what they can do.

The killing attempts have no bearing on unconditional love or with the point at hand even. Given that she wanted to take his life because he had fallen so far out of love, this doesn't factor in. The love is described as enduring and tragic. -If- she moved on because now Naruto was a hero, past and forward feelings would come into question. If Naruto was just an ordinary guy without any special status, really part one Naruto here at the point of question, the scenario would be different. 

 

Given that he planned two major pairings, your quote about "not caring to develop true pairings" isn't true.

Frankly I'm a fan of the green eyes. They really went well with Sakura's hair    , they seem to also work well on Shina as well. If he developed a knack for medical ninjutsu as well that'd be a great plus! But I could see the daughter taking more after the mother.

 

I could see him being the more "intellectual" or steady/calm guy, more like Minato or Kakashi. A speedy genius, with the rocking hair of course!

I would too, Curse, and I've even seen ideas of Naruto and Sakura having a kid with red hair X-D I even did that once for an OC kid named Jiraiya :)

Kyuubi chakra does not pass down genetically. Shina would not gain anything from Naruto except a bit of Uzumaki blood. Shina and Tsunade share a similar genetic makeup, so Shina can certainly grow to be very powerful without any kyuubi chakra.

Not for typical BS reasons that are forced, but because even with all of Naruto's work, it could easily be undone if the right kind of person came and threw a wrench in it. So she wants to continue Naruto's legacy and protect it. This comes included with her own cloak that we made up

Ah Shina, my boy He's certainly more like Sakura and Minato than he is his father, but they also share some goofiness/lovable idiot vibes even though Shina is not exactly an idiot. (maybe a little lazy/distracted by slugs) And yes, a big part of his character is that he doesn't end up wanting to be Hokage even though he's proud of Naruto's accomplishments and progress. He wants to find his own way. What that way is, I don't know. But ANBU could be one. He is trained to be a medical ninja, but who knows if he completely fulfills the role of that when put on a team (as in, he's probably not usually designated healer unless something real bad happens)

 

Actually, pumyteh and I right now are trying to decide what his chakra color would be. We discussed his nature would most likely be wind since it's hereditary, and maybe a secondary earth, water (Sakura), or lightning (possibly Minato). Naruto's chakra was originally yellow in the manga, and the anime made it blue. Minato's was also yellow. Sakura's we never truly see except her healing chakra. We never truly see Kushina's except a red aura when she's angry. And we never see Mebuki or Kizashi's.
