That's what I'm worried about. I can bear another ten or so chapters, but not another 100!

If you mean in the next few months then a 6 or 7 possibly. But if you mean whether the war will end within the next few chapters, 1.
Madara is probably going to receive less coverage and exposition than Tobi. He will only last for the rest of this volume, maybe the next one as well.

I say the war will end in April. That's soon for a manga with one chapter each week and with three weeks off now. So, a 7.5 or 8/10.
I'm not counting flashbacks or any other thing. Just the rescue of Naruto, rescue of the Bijuu and the final confrontations to defeat Madara.

I'm probably at a 7 tbh. The war arc looks like it's getting closer to it's climax, but Madara is still really powerful and everyone's struggling to fight him. Also, Kishi may have seemed like he was ending it very soon, but that doesn't mean it'll end that quickly given his tendency to drag things out.

This battle is the last one. That said it can go to another volume, but that's it. Then again, hard to tell for this one. Depending on what happens, I'll be lying if I don't say this but, I wouldn't mind. Again, it depends. Maybe because one vision of me has something "cool", but I wouldn't count on it. That said I do think we are at the end, but we just don't know when.
