To be fair it had been a longtime since he last saw her since Ash is you know dense.
Then he remember her after the Serena explained, later Ash recall that he spend time in the camp with her in the past then in the present in another camp he said that he would like have more memories like the past.

I know he is dense but I never saw anything romantic between the moments after she had to explain to him where they met each other.

But is there where Ash remember her, he was who recall the flashback of course is not romantic moment because they just met again, but it was important moment where the Amourshipping begins, but then again the flashback looks indirectly romantic.

I saw only one episode of it and quickly as possible I left Pokemon it's not the series, I grew up with. From the things, I have heard about from people in future episodes they tried that scarf thingy with Serena and had a date episode and trying hard to make it look similar to Ash and Misty.Well me I've never really seen X/Y

I never saw the romantic aspect myself but that's just me. Same here I mean I have also had no time for it with all the things that I have been doing, I still play the games when I can. But to me Ash and Misty and a bound that is just so well done I mean they went from two young kids who hated each other to becoming so much more lets not forget that whenever a guys starts to flirt with Misty or shows interest in her Ash dose not like it at all something I know that has not been shown with the other females and that is always a key factor to me, Unless they guy or girl as Misty has been seen like Ash to get jealous.

I no longer have a OTP from any other author. Shipping is a waste of time and my lesson has been learn that it will take just any author like Mashima to pull off a kishi in the endgame and declared NatsuLucy to be a red herring. So logic will certainly never protect a pairing ever. The only OTP I have is my own work which my protagonist by the name of Eddie Ferguson is paired up with a female character at the end of my western light novel work.
