No that wasnt their latest moment, that was from 100 Years Quest Volume 3.

Kagomaru, I know exactly how you feel about AsaDen (or DenAsa)  when it comes to the Chainsaw Man series. When Part 2 started I noticed some similarities between Denji and Asa, but I wasn't at a point where I was like it's definitely a possibility that they'll get together. Truth be told,  since it is Chainsaw Man I am not exactly having super high expectations on this actually coming to fruition, but I do love the interactions that they have together. 

 

But since this Fujimoto, we should definitely keep our guard up! 

He's definitely done a good job of keep his fans on his toes by putting them on a tight rope of between hope and anxiety. This is especially true in this latest chapter where

it's confirmed that Asa is in love with Denji and that he likes her in return and wants to date her. But at that moment of realization, Yoru makes her play to turn Denji into a human weapon.

  I know exactly what you mean with making her call on turning Denji into a human weapon, and i defnitely believe this can go both ways.  I feel there's a 45% that Yoru's move actually works and Denji becomes a weapon,  and 55% that Denji isn't phased by Yoru  due to some specification of him being the Chainsaw Devi that makes him immune to Yoru or maybe it's something that conflicts with Asa's personal feelings.

 

Basically,   

 

Yoru's plan might not work either because the Chainsaw Devil is resistant to Yoru.

 

 

or 

 

Yoru's plan doesn't work because Asa's personal feelings for Denji are interfering. 

 

 

 

However since this is Fujimoto,  we know it could go in any direction and it's been a long time since I've had this sensation for a manga series. The last time I've felt this way about a series was from Tokyo Ghoul/ Tokyo Ghoul :re from Sui Ishida.

it looks like it could be an "either/or" case.  Chapter 118 revealed that Yoru can't affect Denji and Denji just takes the phrase and gesture as a cool form of farewell like the loveable idiot that he is. Sadly, Asa misunderstands this unusual phenomenon as a sign that he doesn't actually like her. Poor girl. They still agree to go on the movie date, only it'll be at his apartment, where we'll probably get some shenanigans involving Yoru and Nayuta.

New ship for me, even though this game made them so obvious:

 

Alphen x Shionne from Tales of Arise! So many damn moments of these two, it is not even funny! From interpreting the royal owls, to their skit of describing their future perfectly until realizing what they were describing in their dreams in sync (after when Shionne made a double enterdre: "... do you wanna make something together?" Alphen's mind: Wait, she want babies?!!!!)

 

I'm 75% done of the main game so I'm aware of their wedding at the end.

it definitely does feel like things are heading in that direction and I am all up for it to see what were gonna get in the next upcoming chapter with Denji and Asa. Its also gonna be really interesting to see what the dynamic is like between Denji and Nayuta. Based on chapter 118 it seems to me that things go Nayutas way to a degree.

Yeah, the two of them are adorable together. One of (many) of my favorite moments is their bout with Kirito and Asuna(another one of my OTPs) to highlight what an incredible battle couple they are in a cutscene and how the girls bust their men's chops over their reckless tendencies.

Now I wouldn't mind Kisara (she's my favorite character overall as how much fun she is!), but overall, the focus is on Shionne. If he f****d up Alphen's relationship with her, the whole story would collapse. Though, he might give Vholran more development as the game didn't even gave him much.

Agreed I just thought that comparatively Kisara doesn't get much basis with Alphen if at all. But yeah I love Kisara as a character and FR I want to punch that NPC in the teeth for undermining her femininity and self worth in general Though we got a great moment between her and Dohalim after though

I forgot, when did that happened? In Menancia or further within Mahag Gaar or Ganath Haros? During the whole story, all of the things that p***ed me off was Rinwell's attitude with the Renans and I'm like, "girl, can you just let it go?! You are friends with Shionne and Dohalim! Shut up!" It took one of the side-quests (the Farewell, Mage quest) to have her finally let that go. What made it worse was during my gameplay, the skits were a bit inconsistent as at one point in the main story she was bashing but then on the camp and side-quests, she was all friendly.

I believe that the quest is available around Ganath Haros. An NPC that you assist basically ridicules Kisara for not being feminine enough in favor of Shionne, which results in the others doing their best to cheer her up(such as doing chores and such), which ultimately leads to Dohalim reciting a romantic poem that he personally wrote to convey how much he appreciates her as a woman.  As for Rinwell's attitude about Renans, while it was a bit grating, I don't blame her since you can see that she was struggling between holding on to her bias and the burgeoning friendship she had with Shionne and Dohalim throughout the game, which was why she could be inconsistent in her treatment of them.  Not to mention that her hatred for Renans was mostly an outlet for her own self-loathing since she internally blamed herself for Almeidreia discovering her home by showing off her magic, which led to her murdering her parents.

Choujin X - I'm currently on the fence regarding pairings for this series since it's still in its preliminary phases, but I am leaning towards supporting Tokio and Ely as a ship.  While Tokio does have a crush on Monama, it seems pretty transient in nature, so I'm not sure if it will be treated seriously in the future since it's pretty one-sided and the two of them don't interact much, but who can say. Meanwhile, Tokio and Ely seem to have good chemistry with one another and Tokio does hint at being attracted to her a few times.
