The trailer looks very impressive and since the game is being made by Relic I have high expectations that it will be good. It is an action RPG, but looks to focus more so on the action which is still cool. So far it seems to be Space Marines against Orks, but apparently leaked footage at E3 showed Tyranids at the end.

Hopefully with Relic working on it, the story line will be intricate and a well done background. I think they're only going to focus on the Ultra Marine chapter, but it be cool to see some Chaos Space Marines and history on the Horus Hersey. The Dawn of War games were fantastically done so I do believe this won't disappoint either. It'll be coming out for the PS3/360 but I think PC will get it soon as well. Looks really fun and anticipating more info!

Several buddies and I already have our eyes set on the game. The trailer just looks amazing.

Oh man I hope this is as cool as it seems. I've only ever played the first Dawn of War game and not even all the way through so i'm not exactly up to speed with the lore. I'll tell you one thing though even from an outsider's perspective the whole thought of badass Space Marines and a God-Emperor is enough to make me want to see this new game even more.

Nah that's just the trailer not actual game footage so it will look like that. it's an Action/RPG style game.
