Yes, there are times when jokes are inappropriate, but apologies have been made and I think it's better to take it or leave it than to have a mod pop in. No need to get all riled up. Truce?

Anyway, this commercial has a really sad story. The situation is depressing, but I think what matters here is the love between a parent and their child. Life insurance or not, some things you just don't take for granted. I'd go hug my dad too but he's a bit big for me to wrap my arms around and he'd stare at me like I was possessed XD I constantly remind myself to be nice to my parents. That's why I get so many weird 'is she really doing the laundry?!' looks
