Probably not, because its isnt Sakura the one who is the Jinchuuriki..
Naruto has the whiskers because kushina was the J.
But it would be cute :)

In my fanfic I made his son have whiskers, because Naruto and the Kyuubi have become one, so Naruto's DNA made those whiskers possible. However I can't say if that will happen for real. I think it would be cute though ♥

Hehe. Someone wrote a fanfiction where Naruto had a bunch of kids, and one of his daughters got whiskers tattooed on her cheeks while away on a mission. Sakura was furious, lol.

I don't mind him having a son but I would prefer a daughter too. I don't know why but I can't help but to imagine Naruto with his 'daddy's little girl' 
That would be sweet if he would have a son AND a daughter

Well...
I can see the boy having tatoos on his face for stylish purposes but whiskers wouldn't come off naturally.
