We have so many threads about theories on how the manga might end, I thought this would be a good time for people to tell us what are some endings we don't want to see.

Here is mine. (Please put in spoilers if it is similar to another movie.

My ending I would hate is the Harry Potter ending

I would hate for Naruto to be immune to the power of Obito because he is the Nine-tails and is the only reason why he is immune. He then takes the power of the ten-tails and just gets rid of it thinking it is too much power for anyone or something like that.

I think its going to be a good ending (like naruto becoming hokage) but a major character ends up dying. Like Sasuke maybe? cause Kishi said there still is going to be another fight between Naruto & Sasuke sooo 

not really sure about anything as of how its going now, but i dont want it to end

Well. Cant think of anything. Not because I don't see a bad ending but because I've learned to accept the good ad the bad as well regardless of my opinion. There is only one that I think of right now. Making SS and NH happening without proper development. if they are to happened I want the length of dEvelopment NaruSaku had. Nothing less will satisfy me if Kishi is heading down that road.

I don't want Naruto to remain dead if he dies, frankly I don't want him to die in the first place.

 

I don't want NH/SS.

 

I don't want this war to be the end of it all, meaning we need another arc which covers Orochimaru, Sasuke, Taka, Yamato, Anko, fixing the shinobi system etc.

Lol, I guess the two biggest is you guys don't want to see a NH/SS ending or the death of the main cast. Do you guys want a super mega happy ending or an ending that is somewhat bittersweet?

A bittersweet ending for Sasuke.

 

He either dies or becomes in wanderer. He won't stay in Konoha and be friends with everybody, please.

 

Happy ending for the good guys, they get married and have kids.

What can happen:

 

1) Naruto can die, but Sakura cannot.

 

2) Sakura can be with Sasuke ( Naruto wants her happy), but If Naruto is going to be rejected it has to be bittersweet. Kishi has to make a scene where Naruto confess and make Sakura cry becuse she cannot return his feelings.

 

What would be bad :

 

1) A cruel or classic comedic scene for Narusaku confusing the fans if Narusaku bacome or not cannon.

 

2) A fast epilogue.

Right before Naruto is appointed Hokage, he wakes up. The whole thing had been a dream--and a long one at that.

 

On a more serious note, I would dislike an ambiguous or open ending. I would prefer an ending that ties up all the loose ends rather nicely.

I like bitter sweet endings on Occasion. And only if they are done well enough to not seem like complete tragedy. And Ditto to Naruto or Sakura not Dying. However there is ONE exception to their deaths that I will be a-okay with. They have a child together first!!!    THEN they have my permission to Die!!    Ah, I'm ashamed of my self!!   But yeah if they must be killed off I demand A NaruSaku child before that!! Else DON'T YOU DARE, SENSEI.

Hmm... let's see:

 

1-I wouldn't want the death of either Naruto or Sakura, but if it were to happen, then hopefully they can be revived. For some reason I still see something like this happening due to how great of an impact this can cause to anyone (like people don't realize how much they cherish someone when they are about to lose them). I know some people don't want this to happen because they want both Naruto and Sakura discuss/realize their feelings without resorting to something like this, but for some reason I can see it happening.

 

2-Like many people have stated, I would not be happy if NH/SS happen due to how much development NS has. I could accept a proper explanation of their development, but I'd still be disappointed.

 

3-Apart from the main two, I would also be discouraged if these last battles do  not last a considerable amount of time. I still feel like the Itachi vs Kabuto was very cheap, so I don't want something like that happening in these battles.

 

4-And well, as much as I feel like Neji's will is something that Naruto will keep in mind, I wouldn't like it if an ending like this happens. Someone dying just to give a minor character development.

 

Anyway, those are the ones I can think of right now.

This is easy. I don't want a perfect happy ending with a beautiful sunset and rainbows forming above the village.

 

To be honest I can't remember any truly remarkable story with such a cliche ending. For a story to achieve sustainability in the years yet to come, even after it's been finished, it cannot end having everything worked out perfectly in the end. A very good ending might even create new paths for a possible continuation later and this is what I always hope for.

I wonder if anybody here read fruits basket.

 

In fruits basket, the love triangle was solved by one of the guy realizing his love for the girl was motherly love....it was weird but it worked out, somehow. (yuki towards tohru)

 

i hope that kushina-sakura parallel won't be used to as motherly love, LOL.

The below two are one of the most popular Naruto ending predictions in Japan and I don't want it to happen.

 

1.) A small boy shouts to the Hokage mountains saying "I'm going to be a Hokage!" 

Then Sakura smiles and tells the little boy, "Your father used to be the Hokage. He's a hero who died for the village"

(The father of the child is most likely dead and who it is, is left ambiguous.)

 

2.) Naruto and Sasuke both become wanderers. Sakura is waiting for the two of them to return. She is wearing a Hokage hat. 

And she says, "until you guys return I will protect this village with my life!"
