I know the Japanese love to add whatever blood type a manga or anime character is, so I thought it would be interesting and fun to see what our 'blood type personalities' are supposed to be~ =p

I'm O- Negative, which there are only 7% of us in the entire world, and this is what my personality shakes out to be =3

QUOTE
Type O Negative

People with the Type O negative blood group, are said to be ultra creative, reserved when they have to be, but very direct when passionate about something. Type O negatives are born leaders, they are the genius of the all the blood groups with their high intelligence, inventors, entrepreneurs, spiritual and artistic. Often admired by their peers for their knowledge and wisdom, yet hated and despised by those who are jealous. If not careful the O negatives can become very withdrawn, as they tend to not be able to make sense of their less mentally and spiritually developed peers.

Sounds like what Aquarians (my zodiac sign) are, creative and smart~ =3

Nice sounds like fun biggrin.gif I'm O Positive so lets see....

Type O Positive
People with the Type O positive blood group, are said to be creative, confident and quite popular, they enjoy being the center of attention. Type O positives are also outgoing and very social, though mostly initiators, they may never get to finish what they start. They tend to be a little too defeatist and this can lead to problems for them, have a tendency to be addictive personalities, where drugs and alcohol may become a problem if not kept in check. Also watch the 'poor me' victim mentality.

Most is kinda true especially the creative confident and popular part, that was me in high school XD I am also very social and yeah I usually dont finish what I start lol!! However I personally dont have an addictive personality, most of this sounds like my Zodiac, and that's Gemini.

O Positive here.

Creative, yes. Addiction... eh? I only drink during social events like parties or going to a club and I will never EVER do drugs.

I recently found out I'm an O+ from donating blood happy.gif Let's see... Creative, kinda. Confident, maaayybeee (depends what). Popular... not much of a socialite but I guess I get along with most people haha. Oh, but I like to be the centre of attention sometimes! I'm the strange kid who fits right in being cuddled, pinched and wow'd at by relatives (maybe because they tend to say stuff like 'wow, you grew!'). I don't think I'd ever get into drugs or alcohol but I do get addicted to things very easily. I'll be addicted for about a month, and then I'll slowly grow out of it. And years later I'll look back and think back to all my phases XD

It's suprising for me to find my blood type laugh.gif

QUOTE
Those with a Type AB negative blood group, as AB positives these are an interesting lot indeed, but even more so, as they also have some of the negative traits. Though they are trustworthy and honest, its being said that they seem to have a split personality! Type AB blood group like helping people, they are outgoing and confident but they can be shy too. They often have a very confused and chaotic inner voice, which can sometimes make them contradict themselves.

So I'm AB negative, The only personality that describes me, 1% of the world has it.

Type A Positive
People with the Type A positive blood group, are said to be very trustful, honest and conscientious to a fault. Type A positives are also known to be perfectionists, they might seem outwardly calm but tend to be a bag of nerves within. Type A are also artistic and are sometimes shy and sensitive too. A positives are good workers, who get the job done, but tend to feel a sense of superiority over others, this can lead to power struggles and greed. Try to keep this in check.

Hmm perfectionist.. check., sensitive...check, bag of nerves.... check. laugh.gif Hehe looks like my blood type is the most common. happy.gif

Haha, my blood type is slightly more common than yours tongue.gif O+ My mum mistakenly told me it was the rarest when I found out. It was funny because both my parents were O, so I had be one too and if I wasn't there was going to be trouble laugh.gif

Also, forgot to mention that it's interesting how Shauna thought about anime and manga character blood types in making this thread. It's so true haha. There's usually info like blood type, star sign, birthday, hobbies, favourite food etc. in databooks, and you don't notice that these facts probably shaped a bit of the character's personality in the background. Well, except for Naruto's favourite food.

Oh sorry, I missed that. Well I'm really surprised myself that O+ was the most common.

Yeah I always wondered why they added blood types to databooks but now I guess I can see why.

I'm an A+ too, my siblings are too (older brother, younger sister). My Dad's A+ and my mom was O+. Apparently if one parent is an O (positive or negative) and the other parent is a different positive type the kids are more likely to be the non O type (which proved true in my family), but O+ is more dominant than the negative types.

Mmhm, and the funny thing is that even though we are the 'universal blood donors' of the world, and there are only 7% of us there are three O- Negatives living under the same roof with me XD
Myself, my cousin, and my uncle are all O- Negative and the blood donor people would have a literal field day, if they ever knew there was such a 'high concentration' of us all living in one place =p

Type B Negative
People with Type B negative blood group, are very strong willed, can think of many goals, but don't often finish what they start, this can lead to them feeling like a failure at times. People with Type B negative blood group tend to shy away from the limelight, yet when they develop a passion about something they will take centre stage to fight for what they believe in. The stubbornness they show can often cause them more harm than good, and at times they just need to admit they are wrong.

Wow, only 2%. I didn't think it was that rare. I do share similar traits with the description. Hate the limelight, uh yeah, I really don't like being the center of attention. And I do have a bad habit about not finishing things I start... Still have about a dozen model planes and mecha models to finish. And stubborn, majorly.

Right, I remember learning that in school. That's why I thought both O+ and O- weren't common.

Type A Negative
People with the Type A negative blood group, are said to be open and honest, and very outgoing. Type A negatives are also known to be very professional in their dealings, they appear more cool, calm and collected than they are often feeling inside, they tend to be very good at covering their anger with passive aggressive behaviour. Type A negatives are sometimes very talented in their field and love to compete, they live to conquer anyone in the same field and bring them down. On the surface they can seem very popular, but dig a little and you could find very shallow friendships, as one too many have felt their wrath or their knife in their backs. Try to avoid being so ruthless in your dealings, and you will be much happier in life.
