VRAINS is so BORING and Yusaku is a terrible MC.

You know how, after the Earthbound God Arc of 5D's, Yusei suddenly becomes "Jesus" and the Duels became almost nothing but Spam Summoning into bigger Synchro Monsters while those smaller monsters are just fodder with convenient effects to keep Yusei from losing (when they otherwise have NO other use in his Deck)? VRAINS is pretty much that, but ALL. THE. FREAKING. TIME. with Yusaku.

Yeah, I didn't care for the premise. The whole VR plus card game thing. Like, I loved Zexal/Arc V because it integrated the holo tech more into the world.

Looks like anothe "False lead boyfriend" is coming though

Yugioh always annoyed me with its romance because they constantly hint at it, but never go anywhere with it in the end. I get that's not the focus, but if nothing comes of it than it adds absolutely nothing to the story.

Yugioh - Anzu loved both Yugi and Yami Yugi (Atem) and it didn't go anywhere. Some would argue it was just Atem, but Atem was influenced by Yugi's personality imo so I think she liked both. It was more implied in the manga.

Yugioh GX - Judai and Asuka were heavily implied, but Asuke randomly decides not to confess at the end.

Yugioh 5Ds - Yusei and Aki was implied, but didn't go anywhere.

Yugioh Zexal - Yuma and Kotori were blatant and Kotori even confessed at the end, but Yuma was a dense idiot.

Yugioh Arc V - Yuya and Yuzu were blatant, but nothing came of it at the end. Frankly, Arc V's last few episodes were pretty terrible.

Haven't seen Vrains.

 

Remove the tittle and i'm sure everyone would think that this is an erotic or adult manga.

I wouldn't. Because I see it as it's only sexual if you just to sexualize it.

I remember watching Pacific Rim thinking they've got a great chemistry, and you know what rewatching it again after so long they still do! and I love how subtly you can see their relationship develop throughout the movie. 

 

 

Side note - We don't talk about Pacific Rim 2  that movie doesn't exist lol

PR2 was awful. 

So the word on the street is that the next arc of the animes next few epsiodes are going to be out naruto falling dangerously ill so sasuke and sakura go out to look for a cure. Its either an anime or a light novel.

Its always like this with me. Just when i think im ready to get over this kitten anime something pops up that makes me insanely angry. Naruto falls sick and shikamarus gunna imply that he might die from this diesease. And maybe this give sakura and sasuke to go out on a date???

Its such a mess. Obviously the fandom doesnt buy this excuse for naruto falling deathly ill, its such BS. Can thanos please snap SP out of existence, please? Or that none of this turns out to be true.

Isn't it sad? It takes someone else falling ill and potentially dying for a married couple to spend time together.

Apparently Bran becoming king was something D&D came up with because they were obsessed with fan theories and wanted to create something totally unexpected' likely Arya killing the night king is that same thing. That whole "subverting expectations" BS young postmodernist writers like. But they knew getting rid of Dany, a woman, would cause an outrage; so they settled on Bran a crippled hoped that it would lessen the criticism. Remember in the book bran is suppose to become one with the weirwoods. Jon was suppose to be king with Jamie as his golden hand -you know I have never seen any fan theories coming up with this- after killing his sister. Dany was to kill her "nephew" and destroy much of king's landing but they didn't adapt him. Also D&D relationship with GRRM which has been increasingly strained over the past few seasons finally broke with this season. He apparently is finally motivated to finish the sixth book.  

I've talked with people who have read the books and they said book Bran becoming king would make more sense than show Bran. Apparently they didn't adapt a lot of his story. 

I don't remember much or watch of Boruto anime by this point. Hinata was there in the first arc often, particularly as the scary mom, but that was because that was the start of the slice of life stuff. If she still as relevant after they formed into teams I would not know. Hanabi was the perfect aunt as SP was finally able to give her a personality. She seemed someone they wanted to use often, and seemed to be setting her up with Konohamaru since he was Naruto's disciple/Bolt's teacher. Beyond that, I don't know. As for the manga...Hinata was really only there when it was absolutely required for her to be there. Beyond that they seemed more interested again in shoving the daughter in the spotlight. When they weren't focused on Nail.

I just don't get why SP wanted NH and SS, but then shows their marriages to be complete crap.

And yet noone had a problem with Sakura like Sasuke because of a rivalry game. Go figure. It is that weird system with Naruto now. All of NS's good stuff goes to NH and SS while all the bad stuff about SS and NH get pushed on to NS to excuse.

People say NS can't happen cause Sakura is too obsessive, but it is okay for Hinata to be obsessive.(They say she isn't, but come on...we all know the truth.)
People say Naruto only loved Sakura for a rivalry game, but isn;t that what Sakura crush was and how it continues with Ino? It still continues cause the only reason she got with Sai is because "he looks like Sasuke."

So...double standards everywhere, but not a drop to drink.

 

Sakura crushed on Sasuke, but it wasn't to the point where she was a kittening stalker like with Hinata.

I wish this was actually done in canon, since I never liked what The Last did to Sakura's development, and what the ending also did to how she had her feelings for Naruto change. XP

Yeah because it didn't make any sense. Liking her because rivalry? Dumb as kitten. What people don't bring up is that Naruto's obsession of Sasuke was half he saw Sasuke as a rival/friend and half wanting to make Sakura happy. He even said he would bring him back so she would smile. That's the perfect story for her to realize her feelings for Naruto. 

the dragon ball actors aren't getting hate because of the fans, its because they have been going after the broly voice actor, from what I've looked into, framing the guy. even anime news network got caught lying about him, the same girls in the photos animenews network used spoke out against animennewsnetwork  defending him. heck people are even boycotting funimation because funimation even went as far as to bash all its fans and call anime fans  anime nazis and too dangerous(yes I'm being serious here).. they're shoving politics down people's throats and destroying their competition's lives so they can get higher in the voice acting industry, sabotaging anime conventions and everything. they were jealous of the broly voice actor vic because of how famous  and successful he was in the voice acting industry, so they wanted him out of the picture. heck the same people of kickvic that went after broly are now going after winnie the poo of all people now.

 

and now funimation is facing a huge lawsuit over it.

ANN is the anime equivalent of those gaming sites who hate what they cover, kitten on the fans of said thing, and think their kind of politics needs to be injected into every aspect of it.

OK, since we're done with all this, I just wanna say that I can bet we know why Kishimoto draws Naruto as he was in Shippuden as well as why that version is used all the time as a character for advertising and for video games. Because Studio Pierrot just wants to keep making money, when they know their version of Naruto can piss off, but they fail to see they ruined Naruto as a series beyond much repair thanks to their taking it and twisting it to what they wanted it to be, same with his editors at Shueisha. They need to come out, admit they screwed up, let Kishimoto fix things without their hands in the cookie jar...  MAYBE then Naruto can be salvaged, given they keep having to force us to believe Boruto is a success.

I still think they should just go with the theory that Boruto is just them stuck in the Infinite Tsukuyomi. 

As I said, the loudest voices on the internet do not always reflect reality. In fact, it's usually the opposite (hence why the need to be so loud)

 

This kind of reminds me recently of what happened with Captain Marvel. It was a big trend to bash on both the character and Brie Larson herself over a statement that was well-intentioned at worst. These fools were convinced CM was going to bomb big time, claiming "SJWs can't afford movie tickets" (based on WHAT?). Everywhere you searched on youtube, a video would pop up talking about how CM would be a disaster and Brie would ruin the MCU.

 

And next thing you know, the movie makes a billion dollars (I think it's STILL in the Top 5, even with Endgame already out), and Alita Battle Angel doesn't do so hot despite them pushing it (that is not a black mark on ABA, mind you. It just goes to show that just because a loud group pushes for something doesn't mean it reflects what the public at large is into).

 

And these fools still won't leave both the character and BL alone...kind of like how NHers would bash Sakura to kingdom come and gloss over her good points. Whatever legitimate criticism there is gets lost in the sheer lunacy of it all.

Oh please. Well-intented. She was just being your typical "progressive" celebrity who thinks kittening on "the white man" would get her brownie points. If there wasn't a backlash, she would have never tried to clarify her comments. Brie Larson's portrayal is so poor and they want her to be the new focus of the MCU. 

BA Alita was infinitely better than Captain Marvel was. So was Shazam. You don't seem to understand that it had a lot of crutches. Captain Marvel had Disney marketing. The weekend it opened, many theaters were only showing that. So normal people who don't follow the news and go to see movies weekly really had no choices. (My local theater that I always frequent included only showed it the entire first weekend.) It was marketed as a MUST SEE to Endgame, but in reality you don't need to see it to know what's going on in Endgame at all so that was false advertisement. Once people realized they were being fooled, it saw a huge dip in sales the second week. There are pictures of sold out theaters with no one in them either. On top of the fact that Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel is one of the most poorly written characters in the comics. She was way better as Miss Marvel and Warbird. TLJ was crap as well and it made money. You don't seem to understand that no matter what, these big properties are gonna make money because they have name recognition behind them. 

Lol, yes they fools are waking up, but many will still have their shipping glasses on, and can't see that this new series is kitten or the fact Naruto is a horrible person.

 

I mean I came across someone who said Gohan and Videl shouldn't be together, but NaruHina was, better built up than Gohan and Videl was it shows how crazy NH fans are.

 

Hell one person said Bolt is still better than Pan from all the shows in Dragonball, and I asked what would make her better, he said if she grows nice big kittens like Hinata.

What?! Gohan and Videl were built up quite a bit from their first meeting. Way more so than NaruHina. Pan was slightly annoying in GT, but she was adorable and hilarious in Super. A more apt comparison could be Goku and ChiChi, but it was mainly played up for comedy and THEY STILL ARE BETTER THAN NARUHINA.

Yeah if Hinata was planned to be Naruto's Waifu then I'm the Easter Bunny.

Yeah, even his wife and the main VA for Naruto thought it would be Sakura. You think his wife would have known it would be Hinata because more than likely she had insider info unless he doesn't talk to his wife who reads his work which is weird.
