Lol boruto one shot said hinata is an elite ninja and hyuga princes but this time she still a chunnin. Looks like there is someone who wants to make her look shinny , while other wants to make her look bad.

it turns out that the Boruto movie teaser was released at the Naruto Live Event.
this person says the teaser begins with jiraiya talking while pictures of Naruto scrolling down (or something like that...he wasn't very clear). and a short scene of adult naruto's back and Boruto revolving around. 
also, he said Sasuke's handsomeness is as incredible as ever (lol)

I understand your feeling.

This is my first series ever to feel this amount of disappointment. But you know, I created an illusion on myself to think this series isn't flawed or rather, things always done good. I remember when Kakashi has MS and Susanoo, I had a real hard time to swallow that. It's like a moment that we all reminded the stupidity that the series has gone to. Yes, there were plenty coming by but that one is like something you had no idea to defend it. It felt so out of place.

I know you'll be able to move on. I have but I can stil talk about it because well, turns out I'm not the only one feeling this. Fanfic a does sound good, because Kishi sure can make fanfic look so much credible in comparison.

At the end of the second part of the chunin there were 20 genin left. To which the proctors decided that was too many and decided to cut that number in half. Meaning only about ten contestants are even let in to the final. Even if all those contestants passed that would mean only 20 contestants a year could become chuunin.

Now later on we are supposed to believe that there are over 80000 ninja just in the 5 main villages. Given 50 years without any chunin dieing or being promoted that only leaves around 1000 chunin, yet we are supposed to believe that this is the most common ninja rank.

How is the rating going??

No, what he good is :
1. Unique art
2. Drawing emotional scene.

The fight is never at full force. It's always one nerve after another.
Do you think sage mode naruto could win again all six path of pain?
The only good fight in this manga is when good character lose, ex :
Lee vs garra and jiraiya vs pain.

Kishi lore is interesting but his timeline is messy. And he always retcon it, because he create contradiction.

Oh and sad backstories. That's like his favorite thing.

• Please tell us what is (your) favourite scene in this work(/movie).

• When Naruto confessed and got rejected (laugh). It seemed as though it was like, “Giving a test to Naruto”, “ Don’t push your luck”, “Hang in there, Naruto”. I like that about that scene (laugh). Later, Sakura and Naruto mutually recognise that they are not romantically interested in each other, and it’s also their parting scene, where Sakura is speaking on behalf of Hinata’s feelings to Naruto. I also like that scene.

Also, this statement corroborates what kishi in a prior interview:

This movie, in an extent (/in a sense), from the beginning, Naruto was always saying (how) he always liked Sakura. It’s a story about Naruto and Sakura’s parting.

So it seems that in Kishi's mind there was some sort of feelings there before The Last, and it wasn't just a rivalry thing.

For those wondering what the technical issues are that delayed philipean release. It is because of the Metro Manila Film Festival that takes place in December. In which, only local films can be shown.

without sourcing apparently the movie is tanking horribly in japan.

Yeah I heard no one is going to see it.

But that might be because it comes out Saturday.

That does sound like that pulled it out their ass for Hinata. There's no way she could ever be on Naruto and Sasuke's levels... I'm not trying to sound mean here, but Naruto and Sasuke were reincarnations of Ashura and Indra which were the Sage's sons, so I could see them being more powerful then everyone else, but for Hinata to get a sudden power up like that screams major ass pull.

To be honest. Naruto and Sasuke suddenly getting those powers was a pretty big asspull itself.
