As predicted by fans, Sakura has come heal Sasuke & Naruto. And this time, Sasuke says: I'm sorry! to Sakura!!!...he never ever...said that, till now!
And now, Sasuke and Naruto's bond is greater than ever. They are holding each other hand and they dispelled the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Finally!!! It has been some time...
Everyone has awakened from their dreams (The Five Kages, Tenten, Shino, Shikamaru, Ino, Hinata, Kiba, Suigetsu, Jugo, Iruka, Choji and many others)...except for Guy...which looks like he's dead, but he isn't...he hasn't recovered yet since his Last Battle with Madara.
Even Orochimaru and Kabuto are back to life, but it looks like they won't do anything harmful anymore against Konoha. They are the "good shinobi" now. Too bad!
Nevertheless, Yamato is back in the world of the living, Long Time No see, Yamato!!! SpiralZetsu (Guruguru) has crumbled to death. I could include him as the last villain in NARUTO. Seems right...right? He was the last villain. He died after Madara & Kaguya.

After the war is finally over and everyone is safe...*I knew somehow, this exactly would happen*. The shinobi's share some moments with Neji Hyuuga, who died in the war. Rest in Peace, Neji, you were a great shinobi! Your actions in the war were valued greatly!
Time-skip: SURPRISE!!! OR NOT? Hatake Hakashi is the new Hokage!!! Hatake Kakashi is the Sixth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. Great choice, indeed! He has many qualities of this position: leadership, knowledge, skill and many many others.
Honestly, he should have been Hokage Waaay earlier!!
Sasuke is free! That means he isn't declared a missing-nin anymore. He has been forgiven for his aid in the war.
At last, Sasuke is happy! He finally redeemed himself and understood Itachi's actions. I bet he feels sorry for killing him.
He touches Sakura's forehead just like Itachi did with himself...nice moment!
Naruto and Sasuke smiling, AMAZING, JUST AMAZING! Haven't seen these faces since ...since the beginning! But oh, wait! They never understood each other's feeling like they do now. And even when they were in Team 7 they weren't in such harmony!
Uzumaki Naruto retriving Sasuke's Konoha headband...a kindess act (meaning of this: Naruto giving back Sasuke's headband means Sasuke is always welcome back in Konoha.

NARUTO: Number 700 *FINAL* - UZUMAKI NARUTO!!

This happens after the movie Last.
Time-Skip: Naruto is a parent now. He has a boy, Boruto + Himawari, a girl.
Naruto & Hinata are parents. Sakura & Sasuke. Wow? I thought Sasuke didn't liked Sakura. He always rejected her. Anyway, their child is Sarada Uchiha.
Shikamaru & Temari. Their child is Shikadai Nara, he looks just like Shikamaru.
Sai & Ino. That was unexpected! We never seen them togheter...or I missed? Their child is Inojin Yamanaka.
Choji looks like a viking and he's with Karui...
Kakashi is not Hokage anymore...Guy on a wheelchair? What happend to him? He didn't fully recovered since his last battle with Madara?
Oonoki is still alive? Wow. This guy meet Madara when he was young and he's still alive. The other past Kages doesn't seem like they got older...only their clothes looks "old"?
Shikamaru is more and more just like his fater, Shikaku. Maybe too much!
Boruto painted the Hokage's head statues, calling Hashirama idiot, Tobirama dork, Hiruzen pervert, Minato geezer and Tsunade old had.
Konohamaru is a jounin now, Boruto-s sensei.  
Finally, it has been revealed! Naruto Uzumaki is finally Hokage, the Seventh Hokage! He finally achieved his dream!
Sasuke, despite his shocking declarations is not elected Hokage. He didn't fulfilled his "Revolution". Probably he accepted Naruto as Hokage instead of him?
The Fourth Tsuchikage is Kurotsuchi, really? Is she that strong? Isn't anyone better than her in the Hidden Stone Village?
Sixth Mizukage is Chojuro, the last member of the Seven Ninja of the Swordsmen Mist.
Darui, Fifth Hokage. He was A's right hand, so...

Once upon a time, there was a great fox spirit with nine tails.
The Fox was sealed away inside a ninja child, and over the long passing of time together, the two became close.
The boy with the fox spirit sealed inside of him was the son of the Fourth Hokage. He is now known as the Seventh Hokage.
A new terror came in the form of the Ten-Tails being revived, but the child had become a real ninja, and together with the fox spirit, they became one and were able to seal the Ten-Tails away.

By the way, NARUTO isn't officially over, because NARUTO PART 3 has been announced. It will be a mini series with the next generation. Coming Spring 2015.
Ugh! I thought that there won't be a Part III. I know some fans are dissappointed, but let's wait, commentaries later!
Some notes:
     The final page of the chapter mirrors the first page of the series. The first telling the story of how Kurama became sealed into Naruto and the latter telling the story of Naruto's life and how he became the Seventh Hokage.
    On Naruto's face on the Hokage Monument, Boruto paints the Straw Hat Pirates' jolly roger, a reference to competing Weekly Shonen Jump manga One Piece by Eiichiro Oda. In return, the cover art of One Piece's chapter 766 references Naruto, and in the week's author comments section, Oda thanks Kishimoto for being his friend and rival.
        The other authors for the Weekly Shonen Jump series say their farewell words to Kishimoto for finishing his work in their weekly comments.
    The timeline is set many years after The Last: Naruto the Movie.
Honestly, I'm very glad that the manga has finally ended. Years back I thought it would end in 2012, but...it's 2014, like Kishimoto said last year in the interview asked when the manga will end.

Chapter 698: Naruto and Sasuke 5
Sasuke didn't managed to hit Naruto with his final blow, Naruto did.
They fight until both of them can't move. Sasuke still doesn't understand why Naruto won't give up on their friendship. Flashbacks, once again. At least, this one is necessary. The fight ended...ok for flashbacks. But during the fight, why flashbacks??? *talking about past chapters*.
Sasuke, at the beginning he saw Naruto worthless, but in time he understood that he's no different than him. Everyone rejected Naruto. Same goes for Sasuke...he was all alone, the last Uchiha.
When they were in Team 7, Sasuke acknowledged Naruto's power and he wanted to fight him to prove who is more powerful. He saw him improving his abilities, and so...he started to envy him. He sought to beat him, and he did. He won in Part I. SASUKE WON AND NARUTO LOST.
Now, things have changed. Sasuke has declared himself defeated. Naruto won. Not the fight...but he got Sasuke back. This is not the end I wanted, but it's ok. I wanted a fight until one of them can't move anymore and the other stand still. You know, just like in their final fight in PART I. Sasuke won the fight and left Naruto unconscious. This END I wanted. But it's OK like that. Not a great end for the final fight, but ok...
Stay calm. Sasuke will not die. He just talks nonsense. Why? He makes an appearance in NARUTO: the Last. So, he will not die because he will appear in the upcoming movie. Simple!
Their arm is ripped away because of the powerful blast they created in the fight, so...we'll just wait and see who will fix their arm. Predictions, predictions...
This Final Fight was ok, not what we all expected...but, huh, I hope this will be better in the Anime.
All that remains now, is to predict who will become Hokage. Naruto or Sasuke? Mostly of us will say Naruto, of course! The manga is named NARUTO for a reason.
We watched over 500+ episodes of Naruto (including Shippuden) with a kid saying in almost every episode: "I will be Hokage and I will surpass the previous Hokages", "Someday I will become Hokage and then people will acknowledge me". He said something like that. Right? RIGHT!!!! So, with this said, I'm very sure that Naruto will be the next Hokage. I hope Kishimoto will end the Manga with the most important thing: WHO WILL BE THE NEW HOKAGE? I hope he won't screw this up and postpone this until the release of the movie.
Next week will be THE END OF NARUTO. 2 CHAPTERS LEFT. 699 BLACK & WHITE +700 FULL COLOR.

So, based on what we've seen...we could easily think how NARUTO WILL END.

Episode 383: "Pursuing Hope"

Shikamaru nearly dying was fabulous, because he understood that he musn't die yet because he must be Naruto's future advisor. And he's right, there isn't a better Hokage advisor than him.
Naruto said that he will not let his comrades die. Neji died some time ago. One more casualty will bring Naruto down.
Thanks for Tsunade, she healed Shikamaru. Yosh!!! I never wanted to see Shikamaru dead because he is very important, very intelligent. Without his decision more shinobi would have died.
Even if Orochimaru has no interest in this war, Obito could make his experiments no longer be if he doesn't take action. Snakes, arise!
I expect to see Kakashi finally out of his dimension in the episode. He recovered. He was Obito's best friend, he needs to do something to change Obito. Obito's nihilism and pessimism has affected him too much. In the past he was just like Naruto, he wanted to become Hokage and surpass everyone. That was his 忍道. Now, he gave up that dream.
Naruto, unlike him doesn't give up his dream, that's his Nindō!

Kakashi is right. When you see a comrade down you tend to help him because you care about him and that makes you stronger.
Obito is trying to confirm his ideas through Naruto. At least he's right on one thing. He was just like Naruto. Probably Obito gave up his dreams because he lost Rin and the Curse of Hatred took control over his emotions. This happens only to Uchiha.
As was revealed by the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, the Uchiha are people greatly devoted to love and friendship. Because the Uchiha tend to conceal their more affectionate traits, a member's love can be transformed into hatred in the blink of an eye if they start to feel greatly ill-treated or somehow lose those closest to them. The despair of the experience causes a manifestation of unique chakra within that Uchiha's brain, impacting the optic nerves and creating the Sharingan. Furthermore, advanced forms of the Sharingan require extremely painful experiences that cause the user to delve into darkness that utterly consumes them. This causes the Uchiha to do anything and everything in their power to achieve their goals and show their own superiority, regardless of the consequences and repercussions of their actions, starting a war and/or bringing about their own deaths being two prominent examples. An Uchiha who falls victim to the curse can give up that hatred if someone close to them can reach them, though this is incredibly difficult as the Uchiha becomes largely unreasonable and unflinching in their singular desire.
GREAT EPISODE! RATE: 10/10!

Chapter 697: Naruto & Sasuke IV
After some disappointments with past chapters, this chapter solved the issues.
What Kishi destroyed in 3 chapters, in 1 chapter solves everything.
Sasuke made a huge explosion with his jutsu, Indra's Arrow, but for what? He didn't do anything good, just to hurt himself. When he hit the ground, I said...ok, that's the END!
It appears that Hashirama and Madara weren't an inspiration to Sasuke, the statues are now headless! Damn you, Sasuke! One of the best shinobi of the world, and you cut their head off.
I see Naruto beating Sasuke with his fists, but the fight continues and Sasuke hits back.
This fight is like a box match from はじめの一歩 (Hajime no Ippo) ENG; Fighting Spirit.
Sakura has awaken. Huh...nothing that matters. This Final Fight will be one-one, neither Kakashi or Sakura will involve in this fight. If they do, we can say that Kishimoto destroyed the whole manga.
In the end of this chapter, Sasuke has the upper hand because he had extracted from Naruto all his chakra with his Rinnegan. Probably, Kyuubi will help Naruto?
Next chapter will BE decisive. Who will win: Sasuke or Naruto?

Chapter 696: ナルトとサスケ③ (Naruto to Sasuke 3)
ENG: Naruto and Sasuke - Part III
Sasuke is mistaken again. He thinks he is the most powerful shinobi...Okay, the Allied Shinobi was formed because they had the same enemy: Akatsuki. They defeated Akatsuki. But why Sasuke said Kaguya? Not the Allied Shinobi fought Kaguya, Team 7 fought and defeated Kaguya. Sasuke, you are not very smart!!
Same words, same flashbacks over and over again.
Naruto, how many times you said you want Sasuke back as a friend? 100 times?
Sasuke, how many times you said you want to kill your best friend but you didn't? Do it already!
Okay chapter, good action...but very repetitive with flashbacks!
I think chapter 699 will be titled: Naruto, the new Hokage!
