sakura blossoms can i make a suggestion?  can we also add marvel couples to this thread to? cause there's one couple im curious to talk about.

The couple i was curious about was the whole jean grey wolverine controversy i even found this interesting ariticle explaining about the issue.

For some reason because of the movies i kinda like wolverine and jean grey together and of what people say about how its

benefiting  jean greys character in the comics.

 

whats your opinion about it?

@ # 2 - That's a different one. Most people usually ship Rogue with Gambit/Remy...I certainly used to 

Now, though that pairing got so over-saturated, and Remy really can be such a dog towards my fave X-Man/Woman, that I now like the idea of her splitting ways with the Cajun 

 

Also since the first X-Men movie Rogue/Logan has been all the craze. Apart from the fact that he is old enough to be her fath--no make that great GREAT grandfather and even older, I actually like the appeal of a grown-up Rogue (think Rogue from the 'ol school classic X-Men cartoon ;3) and Wolverine/Logan together :3

LOL! Well they did had a fling! When I first saw the panel when looking up information on She-Hulk for Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, I was like , "YO! She screwed Juggernaut?!!    " 

 

Besides that, Marvel universes... god, so many romances and flings, its not even funny. Notable to me were Gambit and Rogue, Spiderman (Peter Parker) and Mary Jane Watson, Reed and Susan from Fantasic 4, and Scott (Cyclops) and Jean Grey. All of the rest I've seen and heard are flings, even the ones mentions are having different romances.

"She-Hulk trolled.  Mission accomplished."  I know they were probably referring to the actual reason why they're there and not She-Hulk's love life, but that was perfect! XD

 

 

PeterxMJ, no matter what's goin' on in the Marvel 'verse *coughOneMoreDay,* I still want them to be together.

 

Plus, c'mon, Peter the Geek got together with a hot, model chick.  It's like a pubescent nerd's dream, come true, amirite? 

 

Otherwise... for some reason, I got into LoganxStorm.....  I dunno.  Beauty and the Beast dynamic? 

Same as BatWondy's Knight and the Princess?      I don't know.   

 

No real reasoning behind it besides "I think they look good together...."  Probably could spout something about how they're quite people of Nature and whatnot....

I'm not as much into the Marvelverse as I am into the DC-verse (largely because of the success of things like the DCAU and Teen Titans.  I can't really go on the comicverses, since I really struggle with both companies' comic continuities due to their soap opera-relationship nature, and the constant retconning\rebooting that always seems to take away the things I like about each series).  Most of my opinions were shaped by the movies (though Peter Parker and Mary Jane have been my OTP for Spiderman for 30 years, now, which pre-dates the movies by... a lot).  I do like movieverse Tony Stark-Pepper Potts.  I do wish they would give Squirrel Girl an adequate love interest (perhaps a gender-reversed Lois-and-Clark-style Lois Lane "clueless normal" type of love interest).  Then again, I also wish they would give Squirrel Girl a real title of her own (without spoiling the concept of her being the sort of "throwback" pre-CONSTANTLYSUPERANGSTYSTORYLINE-style superhero).

I don't follow Marvel as much as DC, but the current running series of Hawkeye is super amazing and I would recommend that for y'all.

I liked them in the spectacular spider man series to bad they never got together. All because of the whole sony and marvel issue back when disney was buying marvel.
