Yeah the swearing definitely make no sense, specially when Yamoto is translated to say it aswell.

Pretty epic chapter, though got the feeling we aregoing to be seeing fanart with Naruto and Kyuubi playing tug of war, I was hoping for some real fighting but this is much more realistic, Naruto's not going to win in a fight against the tailed beast, only way that he'll win is in a battle of will and determination.

lol @ the Headless joke though shame on Kishi stealing it from Indiana Jones, can't remember which one, and it was his hand not the head I believe. still a classic non the less.

It was in the trailers for National Treasure 2 - and presumably the movie itself.

This chapter was better and very funny. That's why I like Naruto arcs more than Sasuke arcs. Lol, KB did Yamato's scary face.

Because translating doesn't just take into account the vocabulary and grammar. It also looks at context which expands to include the cultural differences between the two. As a result, there can be a wide variability between translations, depending on skill and whether the translator is going for a literal translation or the spirit. Besides which, there is always going to be bias based on how a scene is shown. This bias will be more evident in the translations that attempt to adhere to the spirit of the original.

That's why some translations have Yamato say "L-" before getting cut off in chapter 297 and others omit it entirely.

If Naruto's chakra is special, and inherited from one of his parents, my bet would be on Kushina rather than Minato. It's even been stated that Naruto is very similar to his mother, down to his jutsu selection.

That's what I hope. I mean, he's pretty much got all the looks from his dad, some techniques and such. He does have the same fighting style and attitude from his Momma, maybe chakra too...? :L

Naruto has got an amazing kind of chakra. I also think he has inherited it from his mother

If Minato is a senju then it is more than likely it's him rather than Kushina. As for Naruto having more powerful chakra than Kyuubi is flat out ludicrous. You don't have to have higher chakra to necessarily control another especially if it's sealed.

Then what's the point of having a powerful mythical tailed beasts introduced in this manga if it's chakra is surpassed by a kid? I don't think strength necessarily relates to being more powerful in chakra but endurance to withstand that opposing greater power instead.
