Maybe it's stomach flu. Or... in my case. I had that reaction after I ate something very very spicy. But that is always followed by diarrhea. Or maybe you reacted violently if you are taking some meds! That happened to me to.

 

Anyway glad you a little better now. Hope it you are full recovered soon!
