Read both chapters... It's a shame that this series doesn't get released weekly (cause it's released biweekly in Japan) b/c this series would gain sooooo much more of my attention.

Oh man, the guys around Yona are all falling in love with her XD (but she only has eyes for one guy ) Hopefully, Shin-Ah, Zeno, and Yun stay out of this.

First of all, Zeno is immortal, but I think everyone who saw the spoilers figured that out by now. Years passed, and it turns out he has met all the other three dragons when he was younger!

The newest chapter is 106, so we have roughly twenty more chapters to catch up!

   You've chosen a great shojo! It's my favorite right now. Yona kittens on Sakura if you ask me U_U

HakxYona is as good as cannon (not in the manga of course XD)

Idk if I'll read much of the Shoujo genre, but I've heard about this before so I figured I might as well. "Yona kittens on Sakura" XD

I hope so lol I'm kinda tentative about reading it, because I don't wanna get caught on one ship and then get blasted by another one. I really don't like those "bad boy" tropes where the guy does terrible things to the gal, yet the girl loves him for no reason. I've heard that the Shoujo genre has a reputation for those, and I'm not interested. Hate that crap. Basically I dot want another Naruto scenario lol

Do not worry about this shoujo: Yona and Hak have been best friends for more than a decade. He's been in love with her for a long time. Yona, however, is just starting to develop feelings for Hak (it's very subtle though, and I'm loving that). Their relationship is based on teasing () and trust. Hak is incredibly protective of Yona (well, he's her official bodyguard, so yeah), but nevertheless he expresses the utmost respect for her and is interested in her development from being a spoiled princess into a brave warior:

The only two other shoujos I'm reading right now are Orange and Ore Monogatari!! The latter one has an anime right now done by MadHouse. You should check it out, has some great bromance in it and defies certain shojo standards that I hate about shojos. For example, in certain shojos, it takes forever until either one of them confesses their feelings. Stupid love triangles, too.

Sunwoo- you might change your mind in the future about him. I personally think he's a great emperor- too bad he had to kill his own uncle...

Right now, there are 86 chapters translated, but there are 106 chapters already in Japan. The translators are slowly but surely picking up the speed.

That Yona/Jea-ha moment. I wouldn't really have a problem with that (even though Jea-ha's kind of a player and a pervert, haha), but unfortunately for Jea-ha, I don't think Yona sees him that way. Sorry Jea-ha.

 

I've been noticing Yona's hair getting longer too. I think the length it is right now suits her pretty well.

 

I always really liked seeing the way manga artists' improve and refine their art over the years. I don't know, it just really shows how far they've come. I think Naruto's the only manga I've read where the art actually started to get worse after a certain point.

Hak is awesome and super funny, though my overall favorite character is Yona. Most people don't seem to like Soo-won, but actually find his character quite interesting. He grew on me and I think there's more to him than what you see at first.
