For Choji: What about Lee? Besides, I've never seen Choji beat a really strong enemy in part 2.

I forgot about Lee . He is strong no doubt about that. Still, the Butterfly Bomb is impressive.

I say Rock Lee.I thought everyone would chose people like Choji and Shika but I'm not the only one who reckons Lee is the strongest.

Shikamaru is intelligent, he's quick at making plans and understanding the enemy's motives. Shino is a cool-head, likes to keep alone and thus can keep his trump moves a secret. Lee is strong and good at taijutsu... Tenten is good with ninja-tools and explosives. Both the Hyugas' Gentle-fist and byakugans have proved worthy to be called strong... Kiba and Akamaru are the greatest tag-team after Naruto and Sakura... And Sai, well..He was a former ANBU, need I say any more? Well that leaves us with Ino... I don't know what to say about her, she's strong, I guess... Her mind transfer jutsu has come in handy a lot of times and she's good at medical ninjutsu too although not as good as Sakura...
My conclusion is that we really can't single out one person as such... they function as a team and each would be incomplete without the other.
That's all I've to say..

He defeated Asuma,Kakuza and Hizashi. All in the same day.

Sasuke... 'Nuff Said... And Lee could've been put down for potential too, but I emphasize his combat ability because of the sheer versatility and adaptability of his Taijutsu, making him indeed a Splendid Ninja.

Sakura and Shikamaru have "single-handedly" taken down Akatsuki by themselves with nothing but their ingenuity, intellect and quick thinking... Which is really frigging scary compared to Kyuubi Mode Naruto! XD

naruto was a loser that turns into a genius doing SS plus jutsus with easy now, and sasuke was a genius that turns into a GAMESHARK that has a cheat for every occasion.

I think each of Konoha twelve have very different and special abilities that we cannot just compare them. Because even if A is stronger than B, B is stronger than C who is stronger than A. It depends on whose ability works well against who.

Neji might not be able to defeat Choji because he can become really big and that his fat might block the juuken attacks towards the tenketsu, and Choji just has to slam his hand down on Neji and he will be squashed because kaiten won't work on big Choji's hands.

Lee might be able to take out Choji because Lee can quickly reach to Choji's head or neck and attack there. Even if Choji tries to squash him with his body, Lee is fast enough to run away from him.

However, even if Lee is fast it doesn't matter to Neji because Lee's attacks could be avoided with Kaiten. Therefore making it easier for Neji to have a counter attack.

And so on and so on....
