I liked this chapter, while this chapter didn't really excite my as others have, the mere fact that B is alive leaves me both happy and confused, I mean how is he still alive?

Yamato was the one in Spiral Zetsu eh, no surprise there, Hinata said "Naruto-kun" , eh no surprise there, Naruto reacting to he friends falling under Madara's Genjutsu, eh no surprise there, Sasuke being the one to shield Naruto and Team 7 from Madara's genjutsu without at total asspull now that! is surprising.

Anyway can't wait til next week.

Doubt it, Naruto had the same Spiral pattern on his shoulders and gut before he befriended Kurama, they became circles when he got his second chakra cloak, most likely as a sign that the seal was open. also Naruto's new cloak is meant to resemble Asura's cloak.

I actually liked this chapter, in fact this is the second best flashback of the series for me.

I really liked how Guy and his father's relationship, also does anyone else think its funny that Guy's father's name is Dai and he dies in the same Chapter he's introduced?

Any way can't wait until next week to see what Guy can do to stall Madara.

Maybe Kishi didn't bother to highlight the sealing because he knew he wouldn't made it complete and BZ would stole Yin Kurama.

The focus was on BZ, not on the sealing.

So what was the point of Minato talking about that jutsu with the long goofy name he was going to use but never did before he lost his arm? Why did Kishi bother to do so if Minato wasn't going to be able to use it?

To me it's obvious Minato was doing the same sealing jutsu that he did on Naruto when he was a baby.

But Kishi didn't bother to explain more because the focus was elsewere.

I think it's also because of that that he didn't drew Sakura doing mouth to mouth to Naruto again.

 

If Minato was using the Eight Trigram Sealing Style where was the throne, when he originally sealed Yang Kurama in Naruto he summoned this.

Another thing is the actual sealing of Kurama was never shown, Kushina's flashback ended as Minato began sealing her chakra into Naruto.

For the most part I agree, but there are a couple of things I have a problem with.

Number One, the assumption that just sealing the other half of Kurama inside Naruto will save him, back during Obito's attack on Konoha Kushina's plan for dealing with Kurama was to seal him back inside of her so that he will die with her, meaning that just resealing a biju in it's jinchuriki would not save the Jinchuriki.

Another problem with this is something I posted in the chapter discussion tread, given what we've been shown none of the 5 people present could preform the sealing, Minato only has one arm, Kakashi has only been shown capable of using the basic Sealing Jutsu which requires a great deal time and preparation and as you said, they don't have time, Gaara has been shown to know some form of Fuinjutsu (The way he sealed Muu and the Second Mizukage), it doesn't seems like the kind that would be used to seal of Biju in a Jinchuriki, Sakura's only feat in Fuinjutsu is the Byakugou Seal, but she is low on chakra and is busy keeping Naruto alive at the moment, and finally we have Naruto who is unconscious.

Number Two, this is just I minor one, about Hinata not thinking Neji, it's more about exactly who Neji was trying to protect, was his main objective to protect Hinata or was it to protect Naruto. Also Hinata reaction is probably more realistic to what a solider in the midst of combat would, you can thank the dead later when your life isn't in imminent danger.

If you want an example of what happens when there is no Government look at Somalia, the Somali Government has no power and as a result the entire Nation of Somalia is ruled by gangs and pirates.

People as a whole look for the path of least resistance, how is the easiest way to survive? as a group, how do you keep a group organized? with leadership, that is how government is born.

The Articles of Confederacy was the first attempt at government for the former British colonies, but they failed because the government it allowed was too small, that is why the United States Constitution was created, it was the smallest government possible while still remaining large enough to hold the fledgling nation together.

Without government the criminals rule, and despite what most people think there is a difference between Criminals and Politicians, I'm not sure exactly what the difference is, but there is one.

Funny but I have a feeling that it would've been Hashirama who created Talk no Jutsu.

Wow, I didn't expect the battle to end so soon, it seemed short but I liked it none the less and I liked the AU Obito imagined (I wonder how long it will take for someone to write a fanfic in the universe), I liked seeing the K11 in the cloaks but I would've also liked to see Sakura in one, oh well.

This chapter made me laugh, I'm not sure why.  I'm just laughing.  I'm wondering though, if Kakashi and Obito's eyes are connected, what'll happen to Kakashi (Kakashi's Sharingan) when Obito does die =/.  I'm a bit annoyed that the friends rasenganed Obito, would rather that they got the cloak and used their own moves.  Oh well, at least Sakura wasn't used as a minion of Naruto's.[/spoiler]

All of the Shaningans that Danzo had worked perfectly fine, so there's no reason to believe that Kakashi's would be any different, in my opinion at least

I think the debate is whether Sasuke's "thank you" after Sakura's confession was just a polite way to reject her confession, or if he was actually thanking her for something.   The way Kishi wrote it, I'm inclined to believe that he thanked her for trying (to stop him), and/or for being a good teammate to him (cause Team 7 was pretty much like a family to him), instead of just politely rejecting her confession. Kishi made it quite vague, though.

That doesn't mean he wouldn't want to let her off easily before he knocked her out.  He did care about her back then to some extent as his teammate (didn't he refer to her as a precious person at some point), it was just a bod he could throw away easily (unlike his bond with Naruto).

I agree that Sasuke acknowledged Sakura's feelings, after all she desperately shouted them at him. But it still means no, no matter how you look at it.

What I'm saying is that Sasuke had acknowledged Sakura at that point, remember back in chapter one what Naruto wanted was basically for someone to acknowledge his existence, Sasuke had acknowledge Sakura's existence by that point thus resolving that part of the bench scene.

You know, it's funny to mention that the parallel consists one unique clan member with a normal person. Not to say the normal one is weak, but doesn't have a background of a strong clan.

Naruto and Tsunade are not unique among their clans

For Naruto the only "unique" thing about him is the color of his hair, but he isn't the only Uzumaki that doesn't have Red Hair, remember Tsunade is also Uzumaki and she has blonde hair too, and the reason that both of them do not have red hair is because they are not full blooded Uzumakis, Naruto is only one half Uzumaki and Tsunade only one quarter.

And for Tsunade she doesn't have the massive chakra supply of the Uzumaki clan and for the Senju Clan the only uniqueness within it would be Wood Release which only Hashirama is known to have.

I liked this chapter, while it didn't have much action Hashi and Tobirama's interactions made up for that.

At least this chapter indeed raised the possibilities for a SSM for Sakura.

How exactly?

Unless she whips it out before sunrise there is no point in her obtaining it, and if she does whip it before sunrise you will be able to audibly hear fans screaming asspull.

Sakura will not participate in Naruto and Sasuke's fight, Naruto and Sasuke's fight will be a direct parallel to the Hashirama-Madara fight, I know people say, that she'll parallel Mito but did you see her in Hashi's flashback to his fight with Madara? No. Do you know why? because she wasn't there Hashi was perfectly capable of controlling Biju on his own. Plus the Hashirama-Madara fight was already a parallel to the fight between Hagoromo(the So6P)'s two sons.

Also if there is a fight between Team 7 and Taka+Orochimaru next arc, then Kakashi vs. Orochimaru would make much more sense as both of them symbolize what Sasuke could('ve) become.

And as for the possibility of Sakura vs. Jugo, you don't need Sage Mode to defeat someone who uses Senjutsu, look at Nagato, he beat Jirayia and severed his arm while Jirayia was in Sage Mode, Although I believe that Yamato will be the on to fight Jugo, since as a Jonin and a former ANBU (the strongest kind of ANBU) combined with his long absence it would be an insult to his character to put him up against Suigetsu or Karin.

I absolutely LOVED this chapter, I haven't laughed that hard in a while and that mixed with the pure awesomeness of Naruto in Biju Sage Mode, and Minato in Biju Mode teamwork just took the cake.

After reading this chapter Kurama is starting to rival Jiraiya as my favorite character.

Can wait for next week!
