I agree with your sentiment regarding Chapter 297, though you also have to account the fact there is almost no evidence showing that Sakura still has feelings. The evidence they actually use is based on a page meant to boost aniticpation for Sasuke's reappearance and Sakura looking at a picture of Team 7. She has not thought of Sasuke solely at any point in Part II. She has just thought of him in the context of Team 7.

I agree with you that is lack of proof that sakura still loves sasuke, but there is still lack of proof that she stopped loving saskue.
