i've read the latest chapter of naruto ( 437). and it seems like hinata is dead. but it's not yet confirmed, is this the end of NARUHINA or NARUSAKU? if hinata lives, naruto will definitely accept her confession. wat will happen to sakura if sasuke dies?

Yes, because Naruto will throw away years of friendship and love with Sakura for a girl he rarely acknowledges, much less talks to throughout the manga.

I don't understand why people is overreacting so much.
If Hinata dies, certainly it's the end of NaruHina (not that it ever existed).
If Hinata lives, it is NOT the end of NaruSaku, nor it guarantees NaruHina.
Yes, she confessed. So what? It doesn't mean Naruto will return her feelings, right like Sasuke didn't accept Sakura's.
Some folks are SURE of her confession and sacrifice will do Naruto falls in love with her. Obviosuly, if someone loves you so much would forfeit her life for you, you're BOUND to return her feelings.
I'm sorry. It's never so easy. Neither in real life nor in a fantasy-ruled comic realm.
Lee also confessed, or I should tell proclaimed his love for Sakura, and he almost got killed for protecting her. Did Sakura love him back? No. He gained her respect and friendship, but she couldn't love him back. She already liked other boy, and a third boy was steadily earning a place in her heart due to constant interaction and shows of love, support and trust.
Does it sound familiar?
Sasuke didn't fall in love with Sakura because she confessed. Sakura didn't fell in love with Lee because he confessed and risked his life for her. Sakura didn't fell in love with Naruto instantly when he saved her from Gaara. And if Naruto had to love someone because that person almost forfeited her life for him, it'd be Sakura, since she's done several times what Hinata has done once.
