Kinds of remind me of this group of C-B heroes in the DC comics. http://en.wikipedia....e_Super_Buddies Heroes for the little man. Even though I'm sure at least 40% of these guys & gals are crazy. I think watch out for homemade supervillians next.

The FacePalm smilely doesn't do my feelings justice (this reminds me of the 2 ninja kids who drove around in a jeep delivering death threats). I really hope someone makes them realize they're living a fantasy world before they get themselves killed. I will admit though, it's quite lovely that they're doing some of the actual community service stuff, but people will think better of you if you do it without a cape and cowl.

Kodachi's 5 rules for Super Heroes:
1) You're costume actually has to look cool.
2) The weakest superhero needs to be able to beat the **** out of the average man
3) If you must you weapons, they have to be creative and something I can't buy (NOTE: Make sure it doesn't kill. People don't like that)
4) NO WALKING. Superheroes have only 3 ways of getting around: flying, jumping, and and hitching a ride with Batman
5) Remember, if you want to be a superhero, you WILL have a super-villain who will make life a living hell for you.

P.S. If you're planning to become a superhero to get people to like you, remember 99% of the time they will hate your guts.

-shrugs- I could think of worse things to do with your time.

Oh and Kodachi, there is no non-lethal weapon. Hit someone hard enough in the right spot and you can kill them no matter the weapon.

When I say "non-lethal weapons" I am referring to things like Batarangs, Wonder Lassos, Web Launchers and Daredevil like Canes (yes, you could seriously hurt someone with those but to actually kill them is rare), not real ones.

I think the point of that show was for people to come dressed up as characters that Marvel think could sell. If they were encouraging them to literally fight crime, I'm pretty sure they could have been liable for damages.

Stan Lee isn't getting younger. And unfortunately he's probably going to take the hard-work he made with this show. I actually saw this. It's not really good. It's got it's funny parts. But it's just....AWFUL.

And guess what happened?

Offsprings of shows are never good. Especially with children.

Most of them aren't really going out and actively fighting crime, I think most of them are just glorified neighborhood watches

I was trying to think of every superhero out there, 'real' or fictional, and I realized something...

There are no superheroes in the suburbs. Most are found in major cities, and you can find the odd rural-based Superhero (Clark Kent as a young man\Superboy), but no suburban superheroes. Why is that? unsure.gif tongue.gif

You haven't experienced the full cofusion of modern gender relations until you've heard an angry group of women yelling, "We want tentacles!" at an all-night Hentai-fest.

Hm, I think what they're doing is pretty good; though, their outfits are a bit odd (I've always thought superhero outfits were odd). biggrin.gif
