If it's divided, it's guaranteed to see one. I do feel like if it's divided, we may be in for a surprise to see another we may not expect. I noticed Sasuke is hated in here the west. That or split. If we see that in Japan, I think it's the same story.

SAO was already known for that. As for Sasuke, well we know west do dislike him. In Japan, well, time will tell.

I don't wanna be mean but reading the crunchyroll comments of the JP break up list cause me to think how can people be that stupid? They twist things to put blame on others and when given proof, they ignore it...like really?! I hate people lol

It's fine. Trust me, there are people that are truly delusional. It's a shame but that's the truth. To me, it's not even about if the people are salty. It's about the fact they got listed that the world can see and that alone is embarrassing.

So far, the gaiden series hasn't been too bad for me. Though, what I'm disappointed in is Naruto and Sasuke's parenting. Now I didn't expect them to dote heavily on their kids, but I figured that since they both had such wretched childhoods, they'd at least do their best to make sure that their kids weren't disappointed but I guess I was wrong. 

 

Kishimoto just about makes it seem like they care more about their jobs then they do about their own families. Naruto's always gone for his Hokage duty's (couldn't even seem to wait long enough to get lunch from his own son) and has shadow clones do the other work and Sasuke couldn't even come home once to at least check up on his wife and daughter for 12 whole kittening years (pardon my language). I did expect Sasuke to be gone most of the time but I didn't expect this cliche card.

In short, if this is Kishimoto's idea of parenting then he can go screw himself. Sorry, I had to vent.

 

On another note, I will say that I actually like Hinata a lot more than you guys and I have been wanting to see her lately, but I will say that if they barely show her in this Naruto: Gaiden and in the Boruto movie, then I'll ask the question: what was the point? What was the point of making Hinata Naruto's wife and have such an important role the the last Naruto movie if they don't even have her have an important role in this manga that the upcoming movie. Putting her on a high pedestal just to toss her aside, really? I've also been really wanting to see Himawari because I, unlike most of you, actually find her adorable but Kishimoto doesn't seem to want to show her either.

 

Before you all flare up on me, I am a devout Narusaku fan and even though it doesn't bother me as bad as it does other people, this whole ordeal still leaves a semi bad taste in my mouth. I knew it wouldn't be exact, but this is not how I imagined their future would be. Even though I'm enjoying the continuation, it is rather disappointing in comparison to what it could have been. Unless a lot of this is a reflection of how bad Kishimoto's life has become (if this is a low blow I'm sorry).

 

With that said, if the polls are true and if Kishimoto gets a lot of negative feedback from all of this, we just might get lucky and have a few things changed. I know this is a a miracle that's almost impossible to see happening, but we may even get the end of the anime to be different from the manga, such as having more proper action (not as rushed), better resolutions, and maybe even a Narusaku ending to it all. Like I said, I know it sounds impossible but I'd like to at least keep my mind open to the possibilities. For now at least, I'm just keeping myself content with reading the stories written by "thesaiyanjedi" on fanfiction.net (I highly recommend reading them because they're a lot better than what Kishimoto's been giving us. I'd change a few things for my own preference, but that's just me).

 

One final thing, then I'll finally shut up. I want some opinions. I've come up with my own version of the final battles and even The Last movie, but it includes an extra character that might throw a few things off because he's a bit of a deviant to say the least (to the story anyway). Should I write it all down and put it on fanfiction.net? I'm only hesitant because this would be my first time writing my on fan fiction story and I'm worried I'd disappoint people (not like it matters that much).

That's your opinion, it's fine but it is the way it's done that bugs us...well me lol I hate how the characters are unrecognizable and a plot that is giving unnecessary problems and doesn't feel like Naruto at all, it has no meaning but being repetitive with the damn Uchihas :( The poll is real...I don't know about the fanfiction but if you feel comfortable enough to post it, I say go for it

I know I shouldn't judge people who ship NH/SS, but I can't help but lose some respect for them especially the really hardcore devoted SS shippers who draw OOC fanart yet refuse to acknowledge the unhealthiness of canon!SS.  The NH ones who bash NS/Sakura are really annoying.

Yeah, as I mentioned before, I don't hate the NH/SS pairings in general, but rather the delusional, extremist fan base of them. (Thankfully, there are a minority amount of more logical NH/SS fans who are also disappointed in, or even hate the ending as well since they can actually see the writing on the wall.)

I'm of the belief that almost any pairing can happen so long as the plot and development is done well enough to make it believable in the end if it does happen, but unfortunately, in the canon manga, NH, IMO, doesn't even have enough development to call the two of them much more than distant friends, and that only happens after Neji dies. Before that, the best one could call them was acquaintances since they hardly spoke to each other ever both in and out of battle, much less really hang out together or anything where they actually got to know one another.

And yet those extremist fans will say anything, take any moment involving Hinata/Sasuke, or Naruto and Hinata/Sasuke and Sakura together at any point, and try to twist it into "proof" that NH/SS is "developed", that they "belong together", that Hinata "deserves" Naruto, that Sasuke "actually loves" Sakura, and so on, and no matter how logical the explanation as to why it's far more likely not proof and why they don't work the way it's been done, they deny it.

Not to turn this political or anything, but to compare, it's much like how so many Republicans here in the US deny the existence of climate change even though 97% of the world's climate scientists say it does, and those guys are, obviously, scientists who are truly experts in the field whereas the Republicans who deny it are average citizens or politicians who most likely know jack squat about the subject or anything involving weather, climate, etc. yet try to speak as if they are so well-versed in it all, and they'll grasp onto anything to deny it exists, even right down to made-up conspiracy theories or even just saying things like, "But it snowed and was cold this winter, so it must not be true!", even though the overall temperatures were warmer than they have ever been before. It doesn't matter what scientific evidence and data is shown to them, they'll deny it, and they will probably continue to deny it even after Florida is submerged in the ocean and/or the North Pole and Antarctica become no bigger than individual ice cubes.
