That just looks WRONG!!!!!!!! It's the volume 16 cover................... Really now I super super hope Soma can win her heart now, cause those massive scars man.The very creey undertones aside I think it represent the damage and improsonment done to her Pyche and I want PSD tp give her love and warmth. And again for her and Soma to be the official couple cause I mean you can't really deny it now with all these hints and how the story is built up. It'd be kind of messed up if they didn't happen.
 
And besides while I love Soma and Megumi to and they have near equal preference from me I think that they could be platonic life partners and it STILL wouldn't undermine their relationship because it is both sweet and cute, what they have between them whether or not it's romantic.

Oh my god .... reminds me of the nightmares and shocking day after i read Sibling Arc in Freezing manga .... I can't sleep for 3 days.

That chain ... it really is the same .. I think this is going that way .... and just like Nikki said this is going to be just like NTR.

It was step sister and step brother in that case but this one will be even far more disturbing and darker than that because its father and daughter .... unless somehow that creep is not her real father or just a step father .... still i  don't have the courage to to read this .... i don't want to suffer again. And now that i think of this, how did Erina got that tittle ... The God Tongue ??!?? hahaha ... this is bad ... reallly bad ...

You know I want to play this song when Erina realizes she's in love with Soma.  Well then again It fits Megumi's situation too so Here's to Soma X Erina AND Soma X Megumi. Really both Ships are adorable

Well point being is that doesn't it just slap you in the face that Erina WILL fall in love with Soma? And I hope it will be reciprocated eventually for either Erina or Megumi about equally Erina just has the slightest bit preference

Well, it only tells me "she wins" or "oh now I know why chapter 1 ended like that." She and Soma has a lot of things going, ever since chapter 4. When all things considered, you know how we make fun of Naruto and Sasuke and those undertones? Well not that it's the opposite sex, it's legit.

Oddly enough, in many series, while depends on circumstances, the group of 3 with 2 men, the remaining one goes with the protagonist. The group of 3 with 2 women, the first woman introduced goes with the protagonist. I haven't been wrong yet.

Anyway, back to this, well if Erina falls in love with Soma but "lose" what was the point? It's easier to write off the ones that easily fallen in love or the ones with no real plot thread tie in, but with a lot things going such as changing her mind, saving her, etc. that would be a waste alas Naruto Cooking edition. The reason why I thought that chapter is significant is because it really describes her character dilemma and what need to evolve. Once I saw the romance aspect, I knew she's the one. She's the first to have that as a subplot being subtle and connected to Soma's hidden subplot (love = perfect chef).

Anyway, another week of waiting...

She was forced upon tasting the one thing that is considered good and everything else is no. There's one scene that's abusive, but it's light, so don't think drastic measure. It's basically illustrated the way of a demon surrounding her closed lonely room and thus, she became the way she is. There may be more on the whole process, but that's the nutshell version as of now.

Can't agree more. Like not that I don't love Soma and Megumi to death to but I've always seen it as Soma and Erina cause well there are too many hints in the story whereas the other girls just heavily hint at having crushes on him if not out right stated. I'm just prepared for things not to go my way though  After all we just had a really bitter taste of the impossible plot/pairing swerve although of course that was an exception not the norm But snyway can't eait for next week

Yes i know about that, but that cover master Phantom_999 post is just too creepy ... i think there is more in Erina's past the author still not yet reveal .. something even more darker between her and her father. I hope was wrong but that cover is just too convincing and plus with the author habit of drawing crazy phsyco facial expression on the villain ....

yeah Soma and Erina are the  OTP for me hands down, it's only that if Soma and Megumi happend I wouldn't mind at all because they have an excellently developed relationship. But yeah Soma and Erina not happening would just destroy a huge premise the series has built up so far as you have said. I ship the two of them not only because their interactions are cute but also because the plot is pushing it and unlike another series Naruto this has relevance to the plot.

Agreed I HOPE that $#*ual abuse is not part of the back story, that'd be just plain sick  Metaphorically the cover makes sense but still. Those undertones

Well again that was an exception there rather than a rule. Most Stories aren't butchered like that honestly. Well hopefully we won't get that with this either cause this is a WONDERFUL series

Don't worry about it. They can't be that crazy. Really, that writing style is a buzzkill. Plus, the story is already written that way since chapter 1, unlike tat other guy who really don't have a background on his work.
